I had an appointment on November 7th, 2022. I showed up on time but they canceled my appointment because they couldn't get in touch with me. My fault I changed my phone number six months and I did not contact them to update my personal info.. do not call this office . They are booked until April 2023...

Very well received and welcomed my daughter. She lost the fear of doctor after meeting. Helping nurse is so kind and treated my daughter well. I recommend strongly visit this without hesitating

Great customer service, very professional and dedicated staff. Everything is explained in detailed and they did an amazing job with all the procedures such as X-rays, cleaning and thorough exam and solutions. Will be returning for my dental care needs.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would give them 5 stars. My star rating is solely based on the ideal dental franchise policies. Their "warranty" for if you need a new root canal on the same tooth and a new crown, is in a word - subpar. Yes, you get a discount. However, it is not fully covered. If your tooth gets reinfected, or the crown becomes loose and not seated fully and you don't notice until it needs full replacement and a new root canal, then you will be paying out of pocket quite a large amount, since you will need to go to their specialist team. The staff does their best to work with you and avoid this, and does a great job at working you in for quick appointments if you have a concern. When I began having issues with my tooth, I was seen immediately - and told that they saw no problem with it, but that they'd send me to the endodontist anyway. I was then told by office staff that there was nothing wrong with the tooth, and that the endodontist would need to look at the X-rays etc first. Surprise, after being told I was wrong multiple times - it needed to be redone. I was seen quickly and the staff was always quick to assist. My only complaint at this time is the ideal dental policies which are out of the hands of the office staff :-)

Very happy with Ideal Dental--just finished my first new patient visit and received excellent care, in a timely manner, and at a great price. Dr Basta and her staff are so friendly, and she explained everything that she was seeing/doing as the exam progressed, which I really appreciated. I definitely trust her clinical judgements and opinions. They provided me with options, but then let me decide what I wanted to do without ever pressuring me one way or another. Definitely recommend!

I felt they made treatment plan for $2000, just to get money out of me. I came out without any cleaning done, completely waste of time. Would never recommend this place to any of friends and family.

I was expecting just a cleaning when I get here. Get there at 10:00 am, I left at 10:45. They took about 4 different xrays and images, no cleaning performed.. And then they recommended me to get at least $2600 of dental work done. Whatever happened to just a general cleaning? The staff was nice and the DR was nice too, but the upselling was super unnecessary, and I do not want to go back here again.

New to the area and I was lucky enough to find this place. Excellent dental clinic with professional and caring staff! I can tell they truly are looking out for your best interest with no hard sells of extra services. I'll be using them for all my dental needs. (FYI ask for Jason, he'll treat you right)

Super clean location with a very helpful staff. Shoutout to the dental assistant, Ms.Cynthia, for being extremely patient throughout the service and answering the many questions I had over the work I had to get done.

I had my first visit. I thought the whole team was very friendly and transparent. The dental hygienist was the best. Don't think I've ever had a better cleaning and painless. Great overall experience. I recommend and will be coming back.

Been coming to this dentist office for years. Very professional and the office is always clean. Update 11/6: Decreased my rating (2-star) due to some miscommunication and unnecessary appointments. Not going thru the whole story but I wasted a whole hour waiting for something that wasn't even in the office. If you knew what I was coming for hadn't arrived, why didn't anyone think inform me of such? Covid is still very real and waiting in a small dentist office for an hour for no real reason is unacceptable. I've been coming here for years and this has been one the worst experiences I've had. Update 11/8: Karina, from the office, followed up with me this morning about what happen over the weekend. She listened to my complaint, apologized and offered me solutions for future visits. I really appreciate the efforts to remediate my concerns. Thank you for reaching out so quickly. I've updated my rating accordingly. Update 4/22: communications problems. I called to see when I could get my impressions done for my implant. They scheduled me to go over a biopsy. Like am I not making myself clear? Are there not any notes regarding any follow I might need? I was already waiting on someone to call me from weeks ago when my biopsy was done and lady NEVER followed up. Words can't describe how livid I am right now. All this before an 8-hour drive to my uncle's funeral. I've spend thousands at this office. THOUSANDS! And all I get appointments that could have been an email or phone call. Oh and those offers I got from the last entry? Nothing came from it. They didn't even mention it the next visit I had. Ha, what a joke. On me, of course. Nice people, but they have entirely too much going on to give you the individual attention and care needed. PS - Please be sure to check out the reviews from ex-employees about the unnecessary treatment plans they create. I truly believe have the work I've gotten done wasn't needed or definitely not as urgent as they make it out to be. I might not be able to recoup the money spent, but I want to help the next person avoid what I've been thru. Good luck. Update 6.6 Karina is awesome. I will not remove my experience from the past but I will commend and uplift Karina for being so helpful and kind. Thank you for your empathy and patience.

The entire staff was super nice and very detailed. Karina explained every thing that was going on throughout the whole appointment. It was nice to finally find a dental office in the area that have a Hygenist (Reba) that does such an amazing job. Reba took her time and I can tell she was being thorough with my cleaning. Best cleaning I have had in a while, I have a sister who is a Hygenist and since we don't live in the same state anymore- finding the next best RDH has been tricky. Definitely will be back to get my cleaning done again with Reba at Ideal Dental Las Colinas. Dr. George, the dentist, was just as awesome with everything.

Nice experience however watch the curb walking into the door! I hurt myself today! But dr was very friendly the hygienist was great!
