This place is a scam, I highly doubt the number of 5 star reviews, I wonder how much they cost... This place tried to charge my wife $800 for a simple cleaning, which was not mentioned until after X-rays had already been taken. To top it off the dentist said she had multiple cavities that needed fillings. We have gone to other dentists since that have seen no issues with her X-rays. DO NOT GO HERE.

Recommend 100% I am very pleased with my first visit. They were very thorough and detailed of what was my situation and what options I had available. Jovani and the Dr. walked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely continue coming here for my dentist visits.

I brought my father to Dr. Pardo-Sanchez who truly took the time to listen to my father's concerns and shared his professional recommendations. Dr. Pardo designed a dental treatment plan that best aligned with my father's wishes and his recommendations. My father has been very happy with care received by Dr. Pardo. He truly is an amazing dentist. I will be scheduling an appointment with him myself.

My first time at this dentist office. They asked me to fill out some forms on the ipad which STARTED off with FINANCIALS (your financial responsibilities) instead of my name, past medical history etc. Additionally, the dentist recommends EVERY PATIENT to get FLOURIDE treatment, regardless of whether you need it or not. It took 1.5hrs to get my cleaning done and had 2 dental assistants (1 did the cleaning and the other applied the flouride treatment) does it take that many people to take care of 1 patient!!!

Hygienist needs to remember to I need to introduce himself and tell patients his name. Especially since he is putting hands in people mouth. Jovani was nice too. I love the Dentist too. He is very thorough. Thank you for making me smile today. I had a great check up.

It is a place to visit about you and your family dental issues. I am visiting since 2018 every six months. I didn't see any issue to point out. Good service, Kind doctors and nurses, helpful front disk. I need to move my other kids from Great expression Pleno.

Had a great experience at Ideal Dental Lake Highlands. Dr. Pardo and his team treated me well. Dr. Pardo is a meticulous dental provider who goes into great detail during his diagnosis. I know this for a fact because I am a dentist myself. He gave an honest and fair dental plan to fit my specific needs. I will recommend his practice to all friends in the area.

As a new patient, they scheduled me right away. I am so happy I found them because a previous dental office wanted to place me two crowns, but the doctors here assured me that it was not necessary! In the contrary, they advised against it. I am pleased with my first visit and look forward to my cleanings here

I love the doctor here! He communicates very well and is honestly a miracle worker. I have trust issues when it comes to dentist. He was the first dentist I went to in Dallas and I have not looked for another dentist since. Come here if you're looking for a trust worthy dentist office!

I went in for fillings and a follow up on a crown I got a few weeks back and once again I had a awesome experience. Anytime you fall asleep while the dentist is working on you, you know they're top notch. I dozed off twice lol. All I can say is if you've had a not so pleasant experience at the dentist you need to go to Ideal in Lake Highlands. It's no exaggeration when I say everyone at this location is the best. They're professional, personable, and just make you feel like you're a friend. If I moved an hour away, I'd STILL come to this location. That's just how good they all are!! Thank you!!
