I love this place. I've had so much anxiety about going to the dentist for several years. Dr Huynh is so amazing. She's been so kind and patient. Every time I go, the staff are so sweet and accommodating.

10/27/22 my son had another appointment - I cannot in good faith leave my one star review based on my own unique experience. They are kind to my son - and make him feel safe and secure and for that I have to be very grateful. He has severe PTSD and for him to feel safe here is HUGE. While I will still go to River Rock Dental for my own oral care, my son will be cared for by Ideal Dental Kyle. Thanks

My Carecredit credit card is charged before even getting the service!!! Be careful if coming in for the free consult on braces/services. They will Charge you BEFORE even getting the service done and will act like they cant change the transaction date.

Would not recommend at all. If you get a crown make sure not to miss your cleaning appointments for more than 15days or else your 5yr warranty is null and void. Half of my crown chipped and fell out after two years and they would not cover the repair for the above reason. Dentist had the opportunity to repair without cost as this was a cheaply made crown but she chose to charge me instead. Extremely disappointed with the care I received , I will be going elsewhere.

Just moved to the area. I found ideal dental and had good reviews, decided to give it a try. I made an appointment, came to my scheduled appointment but because I didn't reply to the text reminder, they canceled it. They said they tried calling but I have no voicemail from them or missed called from the day before.

Be careful going to this place, they will tell you that the insurance will cover the procedure. They will give you a price breakdown that shows the insurance covering everything. Then a few weeks later you will receive a bill with no description. Then management will tell you, you signed the new patient forms so you should know that we over charge you. I just set myself and my family up as a new patient and after going through their shady practices I have cancelled me and my family from this place. We will not be going back. I would also like to speak to corporate about my experience as well.
