Amazing first visit at Ideal Dentistry today! Wonderful, caring, and compassionate dentist. Daisy and Lily at the front went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, from the moment I called to make an appointment. I didn't feel as if I were just another patient; but rather a friend, while being treated with respect. I am very grateful for this office and all the employees there!

I've had the absolute worst experience at this dental office. I cried to the point of tears while they were operating on my teeth. I nearly almost passed out and my blood pressure dropped super low. I got lock jaw after they had my mouth open for 4.5 hours trying to get my mouth prepped for a crown. I have never had a bad experience at a dental office until I met them. I have since found somewhere else and love this new facility. Please stay away. The dentist denied me prescribed pain medicine and when I called back the next day telling them how much pain I was in they still denied any medication. SO BAD. I have so much anxiety now when it comes to dentists. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff are very professional and nice. They have many different payment options that help ease the the cost if your treatment. I love coming here

Great experience, and service. The dentist that worked on my cleaning was so gentle and sweet, and so was his assistant. They made such a wonderful team together.

Overall, this place is just fine. The care quality has been good and I haven't had any issues. It just seems as there patient base has grown, service from the techs and doctors feels rushed and not as friendly as it was several years ago.

Very efficient and very pleasant to interact with, no pain yet, we will see once that starts. In exceptional pain, went back into the dentist office to get a quick diagnosis to see if I could get the rid of the pain, they would not bother to take the time to see me. I will be looking for a different dentist.

Scheduled two cleaning and waited two hours. Left with no cleaning at all. Horrible. Won't be going back. I schedule at another dentist and there I would not only get my X-rays and dental plan but actually leave with my teeth cleaned. Who knew?! When a patient schedules for services, they expect to leave with that specific service not a list of items that could be done.

Great experience at Ideal Dental. Equipment for x-rays and procedures were modern and made the experience comfortable. Staff was professional and very welcoming to a new patient. Dentist was informative and explained dental exam results and recommended procedures in a professional and thoughtful manner. Deep cleaning was painless. Dentist and assistant were asking if I was comfortable and were reassuring the entire time. I would highly recommend Ideal.

Extremely friendly people. Quite outgoing but not to the point of irritating. Doctor Chavda is very nice, it's quite hard to believe he's a surgeon.

I haven't been to a dentist in probably close to 7-10 years. I can't even remember the last time I've been. They were super nice and able to do my fillings fast. 10/10

This clinic will not see you on Saturday if you don't have (or want to use) PPO insurance. However, they WILL schedule you and never mention this requirement until 4 days beforehand. I made an appointment with Ideal Dental a month in advance for this weekend and was glad to have a local dentist who could accommodate a Saturday visit. Today, out of the blue, I got a call from their office saying that my appointment would be cancelled if I did not provide them with insurance information. I thought calling back to reassure them that I would have no issue paying out of pocket would be enough, but it turns out they ONLY see customers paying with insurance (PPO specifically, no less) on Saturday. So if you have a full time job, but have opted not to purchase a dental plan, this is not the place for you. I do want to apologize for being rude to the receptionist who told me about this. I know the policy can't possibly be her fault. I'm not even unhappy with the policy itself, odd though it is, so much as the fact that I wasn't told about it at the time of booking. If you don't want to see me for any reason at all, that's fine, but please don't give me an appointment and then wait a month before telling me so!

This place is amazing! My father has never had a positive dental experience & always disliked the dentist until he visited this place. He gained his confidence back and had the biggest smile after leaving. Liliana & Daisy gave us a great first impression, greeted us when we walked in, & made us feel very welcomed. When explaining treatment, insurance & pricing they were very patient & explained thoroughly . Made us smile even before we got called back! Dental Assistants were also very professional, amazing & patient, unfortunately I do not remember their names. Last, but certainly not least, I wanted to shine a spotlight on Dr. Hernandez, she is the sweetest & most caring Dentist, who provides high quality service, she truly goes above and beyond for her patients! My parents, myself & brother scheduled here, we hope to stay apart of the Ideal Dental family as long as we can!
