Gone here for years only because of location convenience. The front office staff are always sweet. The dental care got better when Dr Danny left and a woman took over my care, but our care went downhill when she left& Dr Danny came back to practice. He uses scare tactics to do treatments, and is very hard to get into and dismissive if his work does not hold up (crowns not fitting right, fillings falling out the next day). Dental assistants have been a revolving door and are obviously being trained on the job at the patients' expense. Between my husband and I, we've gotten a second opinion THREE separate times from this office. One time because they said I had THIRTEEN CAVITIES, one time they said my husband needed a root canal redone (originally done there and magically not under warranty anymore) and the last time they said I needed a root canal. All three of these opinions were debunked after a second opinion. These dentists work off of a production bonus and do not have your best interest in mind. We have spent our last dollar at this establishment.

I had a root canal done there A few years ago and it broke off they wouldn't do anything to fix it or replace it I will never go back there again or take a family member or refer a friend stay away and they have the nerve to text me to bring my kids in before school start no way so Please do not text me again take me off your contact list it bring back old memories if I could rate a zero I would

A few weeks back I had some crowns put in and was told the crowns had a warranty but I was required to keep up with my cleanings every 6 months or the warranty would be void. So today I go in thinking its just a routine cleaning and end up being told I need a partial deep cleaning which my insurance can't cover so they want over 400$. I asked them if I can just get the regular cleaning done and they said no, since the hygienist recommended this be done, I cant get the regular cleaning. I was also told I had to get some other things done which would total over 4000$$. I went in today thinking I was going to get a 60$ dollar cleaning and left with no cleaning and a piece of paper saying this is what you need to pay because we can't do a regular cleaning.

The staff was polite but here is why one star... they told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work. I have never even had one cavity my entire life and I'm in my 30s. Never needed a deep cleaning ever. Suddenly, according to this dentist .. I have so many cavities and gum disease according to them. I went and got two other opinions ..without telling the two other dentists anything.. and both said no cavities and to do a normal cleaning and I told them after they gave me their opinion what happened here at ideal ... and they said be-careful and trust your gut. If it doesn't make sense, it's probably not correct. Get a second opinion before you just do the work. Glad I did.

Everyone was very nice and made sure all my questions were answered. Nobody wants to get a wisdom tooth pulled but they were amazing they made me feel comfortable.
