Always a good experience with Ideal Dental Katy! The service is always great and the people from front desk staff to dentist are very warm and nice. They make you feel like you are good hand, which you are, and they constantly check on your well being. I appreciate Ideal Dental Katy and the work they do!

I had a great experience with Dr George and the team at ideal Dental - I had two crowns and Dr George was gentle, kind, and my crowns fit perfect w no adjustments! I highly recommend!

The doctor and staff are awesome!! Today was my first time with Ideal Dental Katy but I felt like I've been going there forever! They make you feel like family! I truly recommend them!

Took my kids there, no hygienist. The doctor is doing everything herself. The cleaning was not good and thorough. No cleaning kit gift on way out. Doctor said my kids have cavities. We Went to another dental clinic, the doctors did not find any cavities. Be aware of this Katy community.

This is the most unorganized dentist/orthodontics office I have ever been to in my 35 years of perfect teeth. They try to charge for things that are included in insurance. There appointment scheduling is horrible. Most recently, I take off of work to bring my daughter, and they tell " sorry our compressor isn't working ". Never have I ever experienced such a thing.

I came in for a cleaning, I felt it was not thorough, the girl put polish and floss only. Then I was asked if I wanted their fluoride treatment, which I paid an additional $25 to have some foam in my mouth. Why didn't they just give me some fluoride I could've taken it home and done that? I just felt like I did not get what I came for.

Quick and friendly service. Immediately greeted when entering. Called back My exact appointment time. The assistant was friendly and explained all pic / X-rays he was taking and what they were for. I saw Dr George..she was extremely thorough in explaining Wht my care required. She listened to my concerns. Glad I've found a dental team close to me that cares

I'm new to Ideal Dental and my experience has been amazing. I love how they acknowledge me by name when I'm there and the reception Liz is wonderful and so is the staff. I received a root canal today and it wasn't as painful as I heard it was so my dentist is the best.

My whole family comes here and they are extremely attentive and nice. Dr. George and Dr. Mo are wonderful. Dr. George has an extreme amount of patience with her patients (I don't know how she does it). She always asks about family and notices the smallest of details. I would definitely recommend Ideal Image. Ernest (dental hygienist), Liz (front desk), and Stephanie (dental hygienist) are all great! They always have a smile and make patients feel welcome.

This was my first experience & it was great! All the staff were super friendly frm beginning to the end of the visit. Dr George was very nice & explained everything she was doing. The entire office was very clean & smelled great even the restroomsThey also offered us complimentary waters during the visit!

Luckily the main location I go to was closed or I would have never found out about this ideal dental location. Everyone was so friendly like from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was smiling. They really care about you & the health of your teeth. 5 stars!!

Everyone who works here are just amazing! Very nice and professional, the Assistance Earnest and Stephanie are so great, the office manager was very knowledgeable very helpful, and doctor George is so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. I'm not scared to go to the dentist anymore thank you guys for all you do!
