I tried this dental office for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. They worked to get me in quickly as I had lost part of a crown. I was very happy with them and they will be my dentists going forward.

Very disappointed with the scheduling lady... Me thinking I was coming for a full check up but not at all she decided to place my visit as something else, now done lost my opportunity for a clean up for this year so thanks (Shelby)

I just finished my first appointment at Ideal Dental. Everyone involved was incredibly kind and patient with me, even though my tiny mouth made some of the work pretty difficult. I really liked that they explained everything as they went and even showed me pictures of any issues they found. The payment process was the same way, making sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and confirming the costs with me before any services. I also had to have some fillings done and they did them all in the same appointment.

Office visit was good, My husband was in tremendous pain from a bad wisdom tooth the doctor:saw,counseled and pulled his tooth within a 2hour window that's the plus...The other side of that coin they didn't call in his prescription in time to eliminate the pain of day 2 after the initial meds wore off.Negative

Great visit as always. Everyone is always so professional and pleasant. Their hours are convenient. I like being able to complete all forms online before my appointment. They always send appointment reminder via email and by text, which I truly appreciate. I would recommend Ideal Dental!

1st time customer at Ideal, great staff of people, very professional and they explained every part of the exam, x-rays, answered all of the whats, hows, whys, formulations of treatment plans, what the options were financially...all in all it was a good pleasurable experience to have a business understand the importance of transparency throughout an organization...thanks Ideal

If you are just getting a cleaning, this is the place for that. Anything else, I would recommend seeing a private practice especially for crown and bridges, ect. They run on a fast booking (quantity over quality) so if you ever have any problems with your work, they'll keep extending you off due to bookings. Not a fun experience.

They were very professional, courteous and friendly. The doctor and nurses explained everything clearly, walked you through the whole process. And what I liked the best, the sticked to their appointment schedule, which to me it means that, I dont have to wait an hour or more before being seen. My appointment was at 8:30am and by 8:31am, I was being assisted. No wait time, great service, immediate assistance! Love it...
