Dr Thomas and Dr Karim are amazing!! Dr Karin completed my dental implant today and it took her less than 10 mins. She is an expert at numbing you up quickly and it's not as painful like it is with others. She explained all the concerns and was very patient with my questions. Dr Karim also has excellent customer service skills and made up for the issues I had previously. Thank you Dr Karim!! Dr Thomas was advocate for me when I felt ignored by another dentist and office staff. She worked hard on my treatment plan to try to remedy the situation and referred me to Dr Karim when she was unable to. I trust her with my future dental work because she listens and she cares. Thank you Dr Thomas!!

I love this office!! the front desk and Dr.Pham and staff are so sweet and very helpful and informative and always do there best to help you out, I've had a great experience and definitely recommend coming here for your dental care!

The staff here are super friendly, and they do great work when cleaning, filling cavities, and other dental work. I've been a patient at this place for years, and the excellent treatment keeps me coming back. Dr. Johnson is amazing.

I loved this office!! Dr Thomas is thorough and takes time to explain procedures and options. Mary has a gentle touch and did a wonderful cleaning. The front desk personnel were cheerful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone's dental needs.

They have unprofessional and disrespectful staff members who are working in the front desk. The MDs are awesome and I don't have problem with them. Today on 9/14/22 I have scheduled with them to whitening my teeth. I have already done the deep cleaning part 3 weeks ago. Per our discussion with dentist, I came to today for whitening but those arrogant front desk person canceled my schedule and she want to do it the cleaning part for second time. I tried to explain to her today appointment was for whitening but she isnot willing to listen customer's point view. This person was Dina who is currently working Ideal Dentist at Garland, TX. I won't advice anyone to go to this place for dental treatments.

Ideal Dental is dishonest and scams people. I went for a routine cleaning, and they said I needed multiple fillings and crowns. It has only been a short period of time since my last check up, and NONE of these supposed problems existed. They wanted to do a deep cleaning and put me on some treatment plan. I said I only wanted my teeth cleaned, and was denied this service. What health care provider denies access to routine care? I would give them zero stars if I could.

Awesome staff, dental equipment, and service at my first visit here! Everyone was super helpful and super friendly (especially Debra & Dr. Pham)! Although Dental visits are not something we humans usually look forward to, having an awesome & friendly staff like that at Ideal Dental in Garland makes it much easier to face Dental visits!!! Make them your family dentist.

Nothing but great things about this dentist office. Started off with Hilda at the front desk taking amazing care of me and getting me checked in ready for my appointment. Debora and Dr Thomas took excellent care of me from there. Got 2 crowns and I didn't have to back up the Brinks truck.

This is probably the first time I've gone to a dentist where I did not feel judged at all and none of the staff was condescending. Every single person was really friendly. Even though it was a hella pricey for me I would recommend this place 100%

AMAZING experience the entire team from the front desk, to my cleaning and fillings were amazing. They went above and beyond to get me in and even got an approval letter from my Doctor that I didn't know I needed. Just an overall 10/10 experience.

The people are great i love them all.the only problem i have is their cement or glue they use for cementing crowns in is very weak or something they only stay on about 6mths if that and they charge you everytine they have to put it back in if your like me i cant afford to keep doing that. I think they should put it back in without charging because its not our fault if it doesnt stay in.thanks for listening.they say their work is guaranty as long as you are still using them for dental work every little bit of monies is important to me

All these positive reviews are fake. This is the worst dentist office I've ever been to in my entire life. They are rude, unprofessional, and lack the most basic customer service skill sets. I have had an issue with my tooth and it has been 1 1/2 years of me dealing with this same dentist office trying to get it fixed. Previously, I had to convince the dentist there was something wrong with my root canal. That took over a year. Dr. Pan blew me off and said my root canal was fine. It wasn't until Dr. Thomas stood up for me and got it looked at by a specialist. Right now I'm struggling to get a phone call back from the periodontal team for my implant... I don't get it. What is so hard about returning phone calls? They will also charge you for things that you don't need. I was told I did not need a bone graft for my implant, but then I was charged for it... and now they won't return my phone call. SMH... AVOID THIS PLACE.
