It took me almost 2 hours in waiting to meet the Dr for less than a 5 minutes consultation. I also had to wait for 30 minutes in another location bcs they said they checked me and I was not in the system at all. It looks like they have too much people coming in and struggling to handle appointments and schedules.

The facility is beautiful. The environment is professional and very welcoming. Kimberly goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Each procedure is explained so I can make informed decisions about my skin health, and time is taken with any questions I may have. I never leave feeling like I don't understand something because all my issues and questions are fully addressed. Thank you Kimberly!!

I would not recommend this place: It looks like they only care about squeezing patients' insurance; the advertisement said $25 new patient x-Ray and cleaning special. I went and asked for a special, and they said it was for people who don't have insurance. I went with my insurance, and they ran an x-ray and said it would cost over 3K for deep cleaning and about 1200 for out-of-pocket. I was like I have done deep cleaning before, but it won't cost that much. I asked for some time to do the research and get back to them; however, while I was figuring out my options, they billed me $659 for an x-ray; it's unbelievable, I reached out for the billing answers, and they didn't respond. I did not trust this place, and a few days later, I went to another dentist, and they did the deep cleaning plus fillings for a total of $700 and $270 out of pocket. My advice is to stay away from this place; all they are looking for is to bill your insurance a high amount versus looking at the goodwill of patients:

Our appointment was made on a day that the orthodontist was not available!!! Took ourdaughter out of school for this appointment filled out all the paperwork, was in the office for over 30 minutes to find out that the orthodontist had already decided that our child's case was out of his scope of practice. talk about failure of communication... What a complete waste of time

Amazing, and compassionate staff! I was having issues with my wisdom tooth and was able to get in the next day. I experience a lot of anxiety at the dentist and felt the tech, Michelle, and Dr. Byrd were able to ease it a bit as they explained exactly what they are doing and were gentle when examining my mouth. Also, both of the ladies in the front office have been extremely patient and helpful in answering questions regarding out-of-pocket cost, and process of wisdom teeth removal.

*** Update 08-26-2022 .... Don't you just love the generic copy & paste apology?! If they truly wanted to reach out to me, they have my information. They have not reached out to me, nor have they responded to the initial email that I have sent. This place is a fast food for dentistry. They do not care about you, nor do they care about the volume of people that flow through the door every single day. If you have insurance, go somewhere else. Better doctor's offices, that have one room for one patient. This place is like a car wash, just pushing people through. *** Not Happy! My first appointment on July 15th, 2022 was good. Consultation, x-rays and a quick root canal from Dr Pan. Very good. My second appointment on July 30th, 2022 for a deep clean was awful. I did not get the hygienist's name but she had an accent from India or a surrounding country. She was rude, unprofessional and impatient. After I had the initial numbing agent applied, she began her work. Very rough and I could still feel pain and needed an additional numbing shot. She said she'd give me a break, which I thought would be about 5 or 10 minutes. After a half an hour of waiting I get up and see that she's working on another patient. I went to the front desk and they told me that I would have to wait. I said no way and left with a numb face and only a few teeth cleaned. I sent them an email saying that I would only return if I could see a different hygienist, and I have yet to hear back from them. There is another review complaining about an unprofessional hygentist on May 7th, 2022. I wonder if this is the same person.

Everyone was very professional. There was no wait at all soon as I walked through the door. Told them what I wanted , and that was that. They didn't try and tell me what they thought I should do. THEY LISTENED ! Thank You All

Thank you so much Dr. Byrd and her team! They made me feel comfortable and developed a plan to help me take care of my teeth. The front office staff was so helpful!

Dentist and Hygienists are wonderful! They are patient, kind, & great with their communication! They don't push work to be done and are fantastic with kids!

After not having a single cavity for the first 26 years of my life, I was told I had 4(!!) cavities here. The Doc even had a fancy picture of my teeth to try to convince me of it, but I wanted a second opinion. I went back to my trusted dentist who I went to before moving here and he confirmed I did not have a single cavity. This place is an embarrassment to Frisco & is out for your money, not your smile.

Dental hygienist on staff on 5/7/22 was the worst. She was very unprofessional and wouldn't let the patient speak to understand what she was trying to say. All they care about is shoving Invisalign down your throat!

If only I could give them negative stars. They ruined it all for me. First of all, I went for dental cleaning cz I was having gum bleeding. They told me to have deep cleaning which costed me almost 1500$. After a few weeks I started experiencing tooth sensitivity to a level where I couldn't even drink normal water. When I returned back, the doctor suggested me to have invisalign - and I already have good straight teeth(I had braces years ago the teeth are perfectly aligned and I had no issue for years) and the moment they cleaned I had tooth sensitivity. They did not won up to their mistake that they did something wrong and instead told me that the sensitivity is because my teeth weren't aligned and the long term solution would be to get a 6000$ invisalign treatment. I was obviously not convinced, even with a non-doctor background I could tell this wasn't right. I visited another dentist and they told me my sensitivity has nothing to do with teeth alignment! This place is a rip off, they just want money thats all. They don't care about the patients. Absolutely worthless and horrible service. I wonder how they have even one good review. I am never returning back to this place ever again. Pathetic!

The front desk, hygienist, dental assistant, and the dentist are ALL amazing. Kaylee is always so kind. Charmy is the best at explaining and educating. And last but not least, Dr. Byrd is THE sweetest! Dr. Bryd listens and takes care of her patients! Overall, ideal dental has one of the best dental teams!!!

The front office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Of my two visits, one hygienist was friendly and told me everything they were doing; the second did not and worked rather quick and carelessly like there was a race. Both dentists were professional and thorough.

This office is very professionally run, and everyone is so nice and friendly. No problems with my insurance, and I am getting good treatment. They explain things well. Definitely recommend.

Got there early waited on in less than 10 mins. In & out. Just doing impressions for whitening.
