I've never been to a dentists office where they try to upsell EVERYTHING. I didn't feel like I was at a dentist where they cared about my well being, I felt like I was at a car dealership. Not to mention I've been getting a ridiculous amount of emails and texts saying I might not have used all my dental benefits even after unsubscribing. Their prices are high too.

Beware!!! They are very dishonest and will try to bill the insurance company for services that were never rendered!!! Like other stated they will try to force a deep cleaning before doing any required dental work (simple filling). I will never go back as they partake in fraudulent and almost downright criminal activities.

The staff were excellent. Dental hygienist took her time went very slow during the cleaning. The dentist was ver knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all for your patience today.

This office has always been amazing. I have absolute anxiety at every other office because they don't listen, they never numb me enough, and the plan of care is always unclear BUT NOT HERE! The dentist listens and focuses on my concern. He has never hurt me and that is a really big deal. I love their entire team! Thanks Ideal Dental Forney

The staff did well with dental exam. The receptionist said their ideal Dental office does not file a future dental Cleaning with my blue cross blue shield health insurance even though they cover 2 Cleanings a year.

Amazing staff (front, hygiene, assistants and Dr.) Knowledgable and did not treatment plan unnecessary treatment. Was able to get same day treatment!!

Everyone here is very kind and personable. They get you in and out quickly too! They do a great job taking care of my teeth and don't push unnecessary services / products on me.

The entire staff was above and beyond my expectations. Amazing people. The experience was one I wish everyone could have. Typically a dental appt for a cleaning, some chipped teeth getting corrected and some bond/glue left from hard wire retainers would have been a completely different outcome at any other dentist in Forney and I know because of my experiences. This office / company is outstanding. I'm in love with everyone I came in contact with. Such an incredible team. Thank you!!! See you soon!

Update: After a bad experience initially, I continued treatment and everyone has been wonderful. The dental hygienist is always so happy and engaging. I love the tvs in each room; they also have good shows on. Their office is always clean and organized. The dentist calls back when requested and they answer all my questions honestly. I bring my daughter here now too.

Everbody at Ideal Dental was si friendly and pleasant! The place is Immaculet! They have the latest technology and I had a really great appointment. I had my teeth polished! Thank you, Ideal Dental!!!

The staff are pleasant and helpful. They listen. Dr Pham actually remembered details from my last visit with my daughter. They seem knowledgeable and efficient which is always reassuring when you are sitting in their chair. I would recommend Ideal Dental to my family and friends.

I was new to the area, had an emergency dental need and called them, they took me in the same day and within an hour, my tooth had been fixed and I was on my way! I would recommend them 100%!
