Really enjoy (honestly,) going to the dentist now. Always treated professionally and all my questions are answered promptly and my comfort is always considered. From the front office to my dentist Ashley, I feel like family.

I've called them multiple times saying that I received a bill which I shouldn't be receiving as I only have availed their general X-Ray which they said is covered by my insurance. I never got a call back. Initially I called them for a quote for deep cleaning and said I wouldn't need any x-ray, whereas they said they cannot give me a quote unless they do an X-Ray. I have clearly mentioned to check about my coverage before going for an x-ray and they did check my insurance and said it's covered. Only after the confirmation I have proceed and I never got deep cleaning as the quote they have given is very high. I called them and said I shouldn't be receiving this bill at all as only x-rays are done and it's covered by my insurance. I haven't received call back and now I received second notice. Update : They have rectified issue hence changing the rating

Today I went for deep cleaning. It was my first visit. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The dentists are super nice. Dr Smith was very kind and gentle. I would highly recommend this place. They made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you

Very unprofessional. They scheduled me for my annual checkup. But denied the services like basic cleaning even though my insurance covers it. They charged my insurance with unnecessary x-ray examination and denied to provide the service that I requested. Plz be honest with the patients.

I am so grateful for Michelle, Blanca and Dr. Smith! I was in excruciating pain from a temporary crown, the dentist that seated the crown told me that I needed to have a root canal or my tooth extracted. I left to get a second opinion. My experience with Ideal dental gave me hope and peace. I was made comfortable in the atmosphere and given clear information about what was happening with my tooth. The outcome, was amazing. I walked out with no pain, no extraction or root canal, due to the knowledge and skill of the staff and Dr. Smith! Thank you!

This was my first time visiting this clinic and i had a great experience. Check-in was painless and i was promptly seen. The staff was all very pleasant, and the dentist explained what was happening this visit and what she recommended for a follow-up.

Dr. Smith and her staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Dentist office is not my favorite place to be but I always feel calm and safe here I know I'm always in good hands

This was my first time visiting a dental office in years and I have to say the staff was courteous and professional. The Dentist on staff who is Dr. Ashley Smith was easygoing and made me comfortable while I was going through my dental procedure. I would recommend Ideal Dental East Frisco to anyone!

The staff at Ideal Dental in east Frisco (8755 Preston Road) is awesome! Dr. Ashley, Blanca, Siedah, Anh, and Dyaire were great. I broke my tooth yesterday and they acted quickly and were able to fit me into their very busy schedule. It took a couple hours but I did receive my temporary replacement. I will return in a couple weeks (happily) to get fit for my permanent tooth. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a dentist. Oh, Dr. Ashley is open every other Saturday and I love that.
