Everyone was so kind and welcoming and answered all my questions. The dentist did an excellent job explaining what was going on with my teeth and what can be done to correct the problem.

Haven't been to a dentist in ages and was very nervous about going and worried about being scolded for my lack of care for my dental health. The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. When I said I was very anxious and nervous they were very sweet to me and said they'd do whatever was necessary to make me comfortable and at ease. They made an experience I was really very nervous about smooth and as painless as possible.

I love the staff everyone is great and makes you feel welcomed. The dentist she is amazing really takes the time to listen and help me with all the issues I have had. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Had a tooth sensitivity issue to hot and cold and giving me pain. They were able to get me in within an hour and identify the issue for corrective action.

My grandson loves this dentist. They are very patient with him and tell him everything they're going to do before they do it and stop to answer any questions he has. He feels very relaxed and comfortable now.

This is a excellent business run by smart, kind, and hilarious women. They are compassionate and don't mind answering any questions you may have. Update: This time I was helped at the front desk by Jodee, and treated by Megan and Dr. Soto. They were perfection and made me feel the most comfortable.

I love how clean and inviting Ideal dental is. The dental work I've received from Dr.Soto is always fantastic! The whole staff is kind, professional and really take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you EVER have a choice between having a Kindergartner work on your mouth or these guys, choose the Kindergartner. If you need a cleaning, I'm sure they'll do fine. If you need anything cosmetic in nature such as a retainer or appliance, get ready for Halloween-type results. Save yourself the money and go to Spirits Halloween store. Perhaps you won't end up bleeding, told to wait another three weeks for another facial wreck. I've spent YEARS trying to resolve this matter with zero results. I've suffered greater damage than one can imagine. Teeth cleaning, x-rays, whitening, for this one is all I could say with confidence they MIGHT could handle 100% if the time. I may represent a small % of patients with such a grossly disgusting experience but I ask you this, are you willing to risk it?

The staff were kind and friendly and did there jobs quickly..no one likes sitting in the dentist chair but the staff made the experience as good as could be expected.

The friendly and helpful front office crew worked to get me in quickly even though my availability schedule wasn't easy to work around, and Dr. Soto fixed up my broken tooth like new...can't recommend this place enough!!

Best dental experience I've had in years. They were quick, got me in right on my appointment time and started working on me right away. They were informative, honest, didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, friendly, efficient, and effective.
