Update: I am so disappointed with this establishment. Dr. Gibbons left (not sure why) and they went through no less than three or four dentist in the time I was using them. The last female dentist (name withheld so I don't get sued) destroyed my teeth. While getting a cavity taken care of she drilled too deep and hit the nerve forcing me to get an unneeded root canal and crown. I had a crown fall off multiple times and when she put a new one on it was not prept correctly nor was it fitted correctly and it left part of the tooth exposed. Of course she left and the next dentist was shocked about how bad the work was. I had to go to another dentist to get the mistakes taken care of. It took nearly a year to get my money returned. I will never go back! Original Post: The office presents well with new accommodations. The treatment areas and restrooms are very clean. I went to see Dr. Gibbons and team after a less than stellar experience with another dentist. I was very upfront about what happened and what I expected from a dentist. Dr. Gibbons was very professional with me from the beginning even after I expressed my views of dentist. The staff went out their way to make me feel comfortable as I arrived on crutches from another procedure. The staff talked me through every step from xrays to cost of entire treatment plan. They even worked with me on cost and scheduling. Dr. Gibbons is young but seems to be very knowledgeable about the proper care and is not shy to tell you if she would need to refer to another physician. The treatment was effective and was not unpleasant at all. Dr. Gibbons appear to use the most effective treatment even if it is not the most up to date. I am very pleased and highly recommend this location......I hate to go to the dentist, but this was surprisingly easy and nice.

My daughter's visit @ ideal dental deer park was amazing very professional and courteous her dentist dr Taylor was awesome so was the younge lady that assisted him my daughter had a good experience

I do not recommend this place for toothache emergencies and extractions. I needed my wisdom tooth removed after a week of intense pain as anyone that has gone through that understands. I got sent home with just pain reliever which doesn't even work anymore and schedule me for the extraction three weeks after ( surgeon only goes there once a month) which is ridiculous when you can't even eat, drink or sleep with ongoing pain. Other than that staff is really nice and respectful.

So friendly and nice!! And sensitive to the fact that dentists give me such horrible anxiety! Gentle and professional! Made a not so great situation a little better. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist

Very friendly, and easy going. I have very problematic teeth and every time I visit I'm treated like a friend instead of just a patient. They've gone above and beyond to find the best and most painless solutions for me while always trying to keep things budget friendly. I would and have recommended this place to friends and family. They really show how much they care about their clientele and their experience.

I am very pleased with my new dentist and staff! I hadn't been in quite a few years because of insurance issues and time constraints. But I couldn't be more pleased with this office. I love that they are open on Saturdays.

They treat me very well here. Got Invisalign trays through them as well and they always let me come in without paying anything to reattach any attachments that fell off.

The Dentist is very thorough and honest. Facility is very clean and uses more advanced technology than other practices I've seen.
