This company is the worse Dental Company I ever worked. I used to be an employee of this company, as a hygienist and because they never have hygienist before they don't know to act or treat a hygienist, especially that Dr. Sagar, who trying to ripped of money to all the pt., he even does not know how to do proper SRP or deep cleaning, I fix all his work. Hygienist be careful on this company they will treat you like dirt, especially that Sagar and Jesus ( manager).

Be very careful of the tricks they play. It seems like they'll make recommendations for stuff you might need in the future, but then just start charging random stuff before you walk out. They don't explain what is billable to the patient / insurance well. They literally put some costs on a sticky note the last time I was there.. and it was a $1300+ item... If you are looking for surprise insurance bills, go. If you want to spend $850+ for a routine cleaning, you should go. Look at yelp reviews as it seems those are better verified. Everyone who has left a review here was "scared" of the dentist until they visited this chain.

After visiting this place for over 2.5 years and many questionable charges to my insurance, I decided to never return. I don't think they handle things in a transparent way, and I think they are actively looking for ways to up-charge. You've been warned.

My wife went here and recommended them. They are great and have the most modern equipment. The doctor is so skilled that they do things other dentist would have to refer you for. Hate to say, but the wife was right!

They are competent and friendly. Maybe I am just used to a smaller town dentist but It feels like they are a little too pressed for time, otherwise would rate 5 stars.

Ideal Dental Crescent has been a major part of my life for the last few years now. Both of my kids were in braces with Dr. Mo and he and his team is nothing short of amazing! They made both of my kids comfortable to smile again and it's great to see. I am in braces now with Dr Mo as well and the service and environment is perfect! The Ortho team will take great care of you here. I would recommend any to go see Dr Mo his team!

Update: August 18, 2022, Thursday. They were great as usual!!!. Dr. Hasaan was a delight! Marcus, the anesthesiologist, is The Flash reincarnated, but very polite. Whole team is overflowing with great personalities, and a willingness to reasonably accommodate. Annnnnd Good work! Keep it up! It's not my first time going there, and everytime I come they've been understanding, welcoming, and open to discuss concerns. They're a little fast paced, but at least they're not rude or abrasive; so it's manageable.

I'm a Black American Female visited ideal dental on 8/18 with excruciating tooth pain I do have blue cross blue shield insurance. I was turned away in pain, no pain medication, or a more affordable alternative measure to allow time to get the payment. I am out of work at the moment and didn't have $300 in that moment to get the dental work started. Like where are the ethics I get the fact that nothing is free but not even a pain medication to numb the pain until I get the money. With today's racial climate I am not one to pull that card on every little thing however, looks like a duck Quacks like one I must call it a duck. Before I was told how much I needed I was told I know this number looks scary. Naw, I know numbers and know nothing is free but it was very assumptive and distasteful to say the least. That said I don't recommend to Black Americans ! Maybe you have to be Caucasian or Latino sine everyone there were those ethnicities definitely canceling the appointment that was scheduled for the work to be done... I know when I'm not welcomed

Best dentist I've ever been to!!!! They are kind, helpful, care about your well being, inexpensive, and extremely careful to take it easy (most dentist are painful). Telling all my family and friends to make the switch to Ideal Dental!!!!

I had a root canal that was 100% painless as well as 3 fillings done that took less than 30 minutes. The dental assistant Aracely was extremely kind and informative. And Dr. Husain was quick, professional, and his work was painless. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist but from beginning to end everyone was extremely sweet and kind. So professional and that walked me through everything as they went. By far the best experience I have a treatment plan set up with them and ready to start my healthy teeth journey with them!

Always thorough and efficient. This office is clean and up to date on technology. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist is professional and kind. I had a cleaning and a crown done on my visit, Ashley was very attentive and thoroughly explained the whole process. I will definitely continue to visit this dentist for any future needs.

Dental work is typically not fun but the folks here at Ideal Dental Crescent really go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Cindy and the whole team for continuing to do great work.
