So impressed by the extraordinary care I have been receiving. The whole office great but Jill and Dr. Casner took Care of me today. I feel so thankful I finally faced my Fears and addressed my dental needs. Jill was amazing and so kind! Dr. Casner very Good at explaining and making me feel comfortable. Very very grateful for their care and expertise today. Also, Randy in the office very helpful!

I live in Chicago. I was visiting my aunt & uncle on Halloween when I chipped my front tooth. They were able to see me and fix the chip the very next day. I was so excited to get my smile back!

I had an initial appointment and was very impressed! The office was nice and clean, friendly staff and a very thorough exam. My husband just booked an appointment with a different provider and I told him to cancel, and schedule with Ideal Dental. I would definitely recommend.

Dental visits can be stressful enough, but what a gift to feel relaxed and treated honestly. It was so refreshing to experience a front office staff that is on top of all the details and explained everything. Lots of flexibility when scheduling appointments and helping with issues. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was gentle and thorough. I scheduled the appointment for a cleaning and problem, but left with everything resolved and a plan for next steps. Dr. Coussa and the team are fantastic!!

Best experience in dentistry. From someone who avoided the dentist for many years to finally have a place that is stress free and caring is life changing. Very accommodating on short notice. Friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend.

Very professional staff state of the art dental equipment. Dentist show you x-rays and explains your procedure. Also long term and short term procedures are explain to help you maintain you dental health.

Dr. Coussa is an amazing doctor and he explained everything to me. The staff is friendly and caring. Office is clean with latest technology. I highly recommend this office.

Jill is an amazing, friendly, kind dental assistant. Her knowledge on the latest and greatest technology was impressive. I normally hate the dentist but Jill made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Casner was the first dentist I agreed on with my dental plan. She has made such a difference in my dental care. Highly recommended this practice.

The office is always nice and the staff is very friendly. Christiane my hygienist was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore!
