First time coming here! Very nice and educational. Answered all my questions. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful from answering the phones to scheduling and in person questions. Saw Dr. Ezzi and her assistant Shannon, all very nice and helpful. Asked if I was okay most of the time and my comfort level. Helped work out a treatment plan for my teeth and dental hygiene. Definitely recommend 10/10

Would not recommend. Had very poor experiences with getting Invisalign treatment, on my third set of new trays and still not pleased with the results. The Dr's change so frequently it's hard to get consistent care.

I had a great consultation here and really liked meeting the staff. I am hoping that I will be using them as my dentist. I'm looking forward to see them in the near future to begin traveling down the road to getting a nice smile !!!

I give 5 stars for friendly staff and dental assistants. However, I barely give 2 stars for Dr Kim's unprofessional chair side behavior. He has a cocky attitude as well as abrasive demeanor. Changing dentist is best decision I made.

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Ezzi took the time to explain my dental health and hygiene options thoroughly and the assistants walked me through everything. They have a very calming presence when working which helped ease my anxiety a lot. Highly recommend!

Everybody was great throughout the whole staff I am very concerned about how I'm going to pay for this but they made me feel comfortable and tell me there were ways that could possibly help. I would not recommend anybody else.

The staff were amazing and super nice! I went in for an "emergency" appointment because of a toothache. Didn't find anything specific, but the dentist ended up fitting me in for an actual cleaning afterwards. Very nice, knowledgeable, and caring of their patients! Definitely recommend them :)

I have anxiety and bad experiences in my past from previous dentists that kept me from going, but I finally caved and went. Ideal Dental's staff is super friendly and informative, they put me at ease from the get go. They're there to help you get on the right path to healthier teeth, not to judge you. They made sure all my questions were asked and answered. Always checked in with me during the whole procedure so I'm not overwhelmed. They made quick work of all my cavities, deep cleaning, and tooth extraction all in one go. No problem. Highly recommend them!

This place is awful they don't offer any services if you are in pain they just rush you right back out the door and don't even try to see if your insurance coverage works if I could give no stars I would
