They have been fabulous! After each visit of having work done (3 crowns and 2 fillings), the doctor has personally called me to make sure I was doing well. Fantastic office and support staff as well. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent. The ability to be informed about the copay or what I am responsible needs improvement. There needs to be a way to find the out of pocket cost for every procedure before it happens to allow the consumer to decide the financial cost verses receiving a bill owed.

Just like visiting family,all the staffs here in Cibolo esp James Oei,DDS makes you feel comfortable( no rush consultation). They are very efficient, thorough check up ,very detailed cleaning and have a clean clinic.
