I always thought that all dentists were judgy and cold and that visits would always suck. Not here. They're so sweet and casual and normal that it almost makes you look forward to going to see them! They aren't judgmental, get straight to the point of what needs to be done and make sure you're comfortable along the way. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I went in for my first cleaning in more than a decade. The office clerk was very helpful in scheduling my appointment, and during the visit, she was thorough about what I would be billed for and what my insurance covered. Dr. Montoya and Brandon performed the deep cleaning, and both seemed very knowledgeable about their practice. EVERYONE I encountered were friendly, positive, encouraging, and non-judgemental, which was something I was particularly worried about, having not seen a dentist in so long. After my first visit, I'm actually looking forward to getting back to good with my dental health, instead of dreading it.

I came to this office through a recommendation during the pandemic. Have stayed consistent with them the last two years. They have been accommodating with scheduling and treatment. Always a friendly staff. Update : got work done and they are doing great

Kendra is so sweet and went above and beyond to help me get in fast! Brandon the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on my concerns and making me feel at ease with my visit! Dr.Ayyash is by far the kindest, and humble doctor I have ever met! She took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what would happen and why. I got a deep cleaning with the hygienist (I am so sorry I forgot her name) but she was absolutely amazing!She was the cherry on top! She did such an amazing job! She has me completely pain free and I walked in there hurting bad! Kudos to the entire team on such an amazing dental experience! I truly appreciate you all! I look for forward to my next appointment for sure!

Friendly service, and knowledgeable dentists. I arrived early for my appointment, so there was some waiting in the comfortable lobby. Reception was superb and upbeat. They really make you feel at ease at this location. If you are antsy about going to a dentist, give this place a try. From the dental assistants to the specialists, this place was impressive. I've already scheduled my next appointment

Everyone are so friendly and caring. Your dental care is number one priority with the doctor and staff at Ideal Dental Castle Hills. They are more than just a dental care environment, they are family. I have never liked going to the dentist but this dental care are so professional.

Everyone was so kind and considerate. Each person I met on their staff treated me like an old friend. The Dentist was very honest and didn't push any unnecessary treatment s or repairs. They asked me what I wanted to get out of my visit with them. They accommodated my need to get what I chose to have done quickly and efficiently. They even worked with me on a payment plan that worked for my budget! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IDEAL DENTAL! I'll never go anywhere else, now that I have found this amazing dental practice! Thank You to all the staff! Y'all rock!

Today was my first visit to this office.I was so nervous about going to the dentist's office today but Dr. Ayyash and her staff were amazing. From Tiana, at the front desk, to getting my teeth cleaned it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was so patient and accommodating. Thank you so much! I am so appreciative!

Walked in and they accepted my insurance. They saw me immediately! They took a million X-rays and had to repeat a lot of them because the tech was new and training. After all that the Dentist came in and told me that all my bottom teeth need crowns. I was there because a filling came out and I needed it filled. Did not even mention that. Waited for the estimate, never got it. So I got up and left. Was told they would email me the estimate and call me to go over it. It's 4pm the next day. No call no email. I'll just go to another place, waste of time.

I was in tremendous pain and needed a root canal ..after calling multiple dentist around none of them had any availability. I called Ideal Dental and the lady I spoke with was very nice and told me to come in so they can help. When I got to the dentist office the staff is super friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. When the actual root canal started I was nervous and expecting to feel the worse, but to my surprise they did it so fast and professionally that I didn't realize it was done. I was shocked because it was a very fast process with little to no pain.. I highly recommend Ideal Dental for any kind of dental work.. thank you again to the staff for helping me get rid of my pain and thanks for being extremely helpful and nice.

Dr was rushing through the cleaning and flossing stage and kept stabbing my gums a lot, left a lot of bleeding and soreness in my mouth. Then charged me $25 for fluoride I didn't ask for.

I can't say enough great things about the Castle Hills office. Dr. Ayyash is amazing and is very thorough with her work. I also barely felt the anesthesia shots! The office is so friendly and accommodating. It was especially convenient to get a Saturday appointment and I got everything done in one day! I highly recommend coming here.
