Ideal Dentist is the best! The facility is clean and appealing! The staff is professional from check in, to the actual doctor who puts you at ease to checking out. From Robert the receptionist ( exceptional) to the dental hygienist to meeting The new Dr. Top of the line!!!!See you in March!!!!!

The office staff was so friendly and caring. The dentist was amazing. I had to have a couple teeth pulled he kept asking if I was ok while he was working on me and he was very gentle about pulling out the teeth he was very calm which helped keep me calm. I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs!

I went for a general cleaning and opted up for having a bridge that needed to be changed. Dr. Patel was very kind and so were her dental hygienist Susie and the front staff Cyndi and Robert. Thanks for their service.

I highly recommend that you do not choose Ideal Dental. I purchased the family elite plan in January so my kids and I can get cleanings, at the time we didn't have the insurance that we have now. I recently scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and to get a couple of my other teeth checked out but mainly for the cleaning. Ideal Dental made it their mission to try and run up the tab on my new insurance and when i refused the services that they were trying to get me to charge on my new insurance they refused to give me the cleaning that I have already paid for. Please just find a different dentist.

1/22: I went in for a cleaning and was in and out in one hour. Thats a big improvement from previous visits I've had at this location. Staff is friendly and customer service is on point. It seems the office is making some positive changes, and it shows. Well done! EDIT: 6/10/22 The experience here just gets better and better. It's evident that patient care is important here. I used to dread going to this dentist office. When I started going nearly a decade ago, I used to manhandled by the gums and leave feeling prodded and exhausted. They also used to guilt me for not buying the adult braces they were pitching. It used to be a very stressful and painful experience. But today Christine was very friendly and gentle with my sensitive gums. There was no wait, and they had me out of the chair in record time--less than 40 minutes this time! I wish I could give more stars than last time because their service just keeps improving!

Accidentally scheduled at the wrong location and the receptionist immediately understood, got an appointment immediately, filled out paperwork in seconds, and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic.
