Very professional people working there. Dr was great as were the assistants. And desk lady very nice. And the other lady very nicely explained insurance and out of pocket details. Would highly recommend this dental office!

Located next to our gym! I love how they brome every thing down for me to FULLY understand what was going on. The ideal payment plan worked really well for us too!

Absolutely great place to go! Super friendly staff and really helped me out with payment plans and taking care of the big issues first. As for someone with anxiety, they made me feel very very welcomed and at ease. Explained all the procedures and entire process very thoroughly.

Took my daughter in today (9/13/22) for a cleaning and this place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and the doctor is a nice as well. The place has a nice vibe and I highly recommend to anyone

Dr. Albright and his staff were very welcoming. Being new to the area, I was in need of a general dentist. I was provided a detailed treatment plan and I was also referred to an Orthodontist for additional services. I look forward to future appointments and I would recommend Ideal Dental for anyone looking for a general dentist in the area.

I will never return to this place again. No customer service whatsoever! Will not recommend to anyone! I've gone once to this location and was told wrong information at check in and when manager came in at the end of the visit to give me the form with the amount it was something completely different although I doubled checked at check in. Scheduled a second appointment and got sick over the weekend, called to reschedule the appointment and they wanted to charge me a fee of $50 although I can't control being sick. Spoke to a manager (Danielle) absolutely no customer service and she said she would "waive" the fee but I needed to pay $100 for the appointment right now. Absolutely insane! I understand business is business but these pts coming in is what's paying for your check and being completely rude and worrying about the money makes the company look terrible! Will not be coming back and will not recommend!

Dr. Albright takes time to show on screen what his concern is. He explains issues and procedures both thoroughly and professionally. He truly cares about patient comfort and does not allow patients to have pain. We will be back!

My 1st experience here at ideal dental in Brandon was amazing. Every person that I talked to was very kind. Not to mention the doctor himself is very polite, calming and soothing. If you have anxiety, definitely go here. Going to recommend my friends choose this new budding company as the all around experience was pleasant. I had tears in my eyes in the end cause my experiences have been so bad and this was the best one yet.

I'm first visit was great they treated well, made me feel comfortable.They got straight to the point about what work needed to be done. Helped me plan my journey towards outstanding oral health. I will be returning for all my dental care going forward.

I was looking for a new dentist and I came across Ideal Dental and I'm very pleased after my first appointment. I felt so comfortable and cared for. This is a place I will continue to go to and refer anyone I know to this place.

I had a really great experience today! I went in for a cavity that turned out to be way worse than expected but Dr. Albright was able to get me started on a root canal today. Him, Esha, and Danielle were all very kind and answered all of my questions, as well as walked me through every step of my treatment plan. Danielle even helped me set up Care Credit for my treatment and helped me get everything started so I could be pain free. I will be recommending this office to everyone who needs a dentist!

Today was my first appointment with ideal dental and it was fantastic experience! I came in with no dental insurance and was super nervous about my visit. I had a tooth removal that was quick and painless, the staff made me extremely comfortable and helped me work through the different finance options. Highly recommended!

I can't thank this people enough for taking good care of me today It was my first time there and they treated me like family. I couldn't ask for a better dental office I show up with a bad toothache and quickly took me to the back room and did my X-ray and took good care of me I'll deff be back Thank you dr Albright
