Worst place I found out they are not even doing the correct exams and because I wouldn't get the cleaning they wanted me too they would not do onr at all. NO PROBLEM I have good insurance bye

Every time I go into Ideal denistry I feel that they are trying to upsell me. Today I could not even get my teeth cleaned because the doctor recommended deep cleaning and a gum treatment. Because I did not want to pay for the deep cleaning and treatment at this time, they would not even clean my teeth. And this is after sitting in the chair for one hour.

We are leaving this practice. Completely impersonal. When did dentistry become like McDonald's. We never see the same person . There is no relationship to be had there .

This is a great place to go. The dentist is great the dental assistant is the best and front office makes the top of the list. Thanks all for a great experience each visit for me and my kids.

I have Dental Anxiety. I have never felt so relaxed and calm during dental exams or treatments EVER! The staff is absolutely phenomenal from the Dental Assist, to the Hygienist, to the Dentist, hands down I have never received this level of care of service ANYWHERE. I am so glad I found this office. I almost canceled my visit but I am so glad I didn't.

Ideal dental is first notch! They sent all the required paperwork prior to the visit and got me back at my scheduled appointment time. I was in/out in 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Ideal Dental in Allen goes above and beyond with its dental care. Receptionist is very concerned about patients and very polite. The assistant was very helpful and nice. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. Awesome experience! Thanks Ideal Dental

By far the best cleaning I've had in my life. Staff was wonderful. The office was extremely clean and efficient. Zip in, zip out in 30 mins or so.

This was my first visit. The ladies in the front office and Ixel were so pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. Once my symptoms were diagnosed I was able to schedule an appointment to do the dental work. I am looking forward to my next visit with the dentist. As of today my experience with this office was wonderful. Thanks team.
