Not Happy, the office is sending bill to patients for no show for unconfirmed appointments. It is not a nice way of treating patients. Should have a more empathetic approach.

The staff is super friendly. Marcus, the assistant is super professional and very nice. Dr Galaz is excellent! I loved the experience and I will definitely come back to this place! Very Recommended!!

I'm normally scared to go too the dentist due to past experiences but this office made me feel very comfortable & reinsured me that all dentist offices are not the same! I came in for some fillings and the doctor was nice , his assistant Alexus was great she made me laugh very sweet young lady... I'll most definitely be returning to this office & I'll make sure to tell others to come and visit as well!

Awesome experience!! The doctor was amazing!! All of the staff were incredible. Bria who sits at the front was very friendly! This will be my regular dentist going forward.

When I called to check in for my appointment, the front desk receptionist said "it will be a few minutes to make sure there is a clean, open room. Well she forgot to call me back and my daughter and I waited 30 - 40 minutes outside only after I had to call her back. She said she forgot........ additionally there is always a different dentist that my daughter sees. Would prefer the same one as she is doing Invisalign treatment.

First time at a dentist in a few years. I was very politely greeted at the door, walked through every step of the process by the assistant, was provided oral health information by the dentist thoroughly and efficiently, was given any extraneous costs that were not covered by insurance up front before they started doing anything (very reasonably priced if not covered), and had any questions answered with respect and great knowledge. 11/10 experience from all staff members and I will be going back! Thank you!

Really unprofessional and theives sitting at this place. Just all young kids running the show don't know what they're doing at all. I think most reviews here are fake. Have documentary evidence to prove their incompetence and unprofessionalism. Would've given them 0 stars if possible

I wish I could give them zero star. They do overbilling and are very unprofessional. Gave me a quote after 2 hours of back and forth with dentist and front staff and they had all my insurance info. After I agreed they signed the document and scheduled me for a surgery. On the day of the surgery when I'm in pain and just right before my surgery they bring up a new estimate 10x more in amount and say you have to pay this. I mean this is harassment and trapping people into false and extra payments. And they are extremely rude to talk to in such situations even though I had the papers they provided me with different amount they just kept saying they're wrong we probably provided you with wrong info earlier and the new one is correct. I mean WTH. I took off from work for the surgery and last second they just bring up new ppl with new info all together saying the info is wrong. More of a SCAMMER then a Dental place
