I went to get my teeth done with fillings She started filling my teeth without any X rays I asked her over and over how can you tell without X rays the dentist said she can see the cavities I can't back 3 weeks later telling her my mouth hurts real bad then she did a X ray then she going to say I need a Root canal. I went to get my root canal and they said how can she do fillings without X rays they told me to seek council attorney asap They equipment is very dirty

Called for a friend to get standard information on dentures. She said 3 or 4 months for fit without charge. Then when I said had dentures 3 months it's no charge for adjustment. No then we go into relin $165 there is no policy. Ok so place is fraud and incompetent. Replace top denture no problem. Pulled bottom teeth made bottom plate. After 2 weeks too big called 2 months. Then last call was you need relin 165 bucks. The teeth were pulled new bottom dentures made too big because of swelling. Now they will not fix without more money for a reline which insurance will not pay on new dentures. This office handles state paid insurances for low income. This is fraud to state of Illinois and then clients that dont have money for there incompetence.

They were great when it came to making the appointment and me being delayed but I got some major red flags when I arrived at this place. The place was filthy fixtures seemed to be poorly cleaned. X-ray tools were washed in front of me with scented hand soap. The assistant was trying to poke around my mouth with bare hands. When she did wear gloves she was touching her face still. They did not seem to care about any of the medications I was on. Then removed me from the room I was in because their system wasn't finding me in my insurance. They did call my insurance who told them I was covered. To be honest most unprofessional dental experience I've ever had. The dentist didn't even do a proper examination took a glance and was like we will pull these. I didn't let them touch me. After I was removed from the room I had had enough and just left. The receptionist was fantastic but the rest was horrible.

My sister appointment was at 12:30pm and it took us over one hour waiting they don't care about people all they care about is the money

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -10 STARS I am in disbelief. I feel I have been bamboozled! To be in such a vulnerable position and be disappointed to the point of tears & pleading with the doctor to please just fix my teeth so I can close my mouth & they aren't protruding from my lips! The doctor just disappeared & said she was done. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WHAT CAN I DO?

Ive had a wonderful experience here , from the receptionist to the doctor and staff. I was welcomed and the doctor and staff calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommended

My lady had teeth pulled and dentures. I've gone through this process and I did not come out in as much pain as she has been in for the past 2 days this place is abusive and very unperfesional the bleeding still hasn't stopped when mine stopped that night I had more infected teeth and more teeth pulled them her I would not recommend this place to even brush my fake teeth they gave her shots and waited for a hour to start pulling makes no sense shots already wore off then got told her screaming was causing her self pain and she wasn't going to continue if she keeps acting like this place is a joke

Worst place ever.I asked for the smaller teeth got the bigger ones.Ive sent 4 other people to this place and everyone is not happy at all. Some are even thinking about contacting a lawyer as well.All of us have had are dentures religned and still can't wear them at all.Im contacting my insurance company about this

I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service..I went in for dentures and had all my teeth pulled, was fitted for dentures month later and it's been over two months now and I still can't wear them..I have bone chips poking out my gums, I've called afew times n went back and was told it takes time to heal..I will never recommend this place to anyone..

I have had my teeth cleaned and fixed here since they opened...it's always an easy process from check-in to getting called in quickly to the doctor cleaning and fixing my teeth. I have had nothing but a great experience everytime I have come here.

If had negative stars .I would definitely mark that. Very unprofessional place. I had dentures done. worst experience ever. They do not fit, never have. These people should not be in business

They rushed my daughter in and out. We were new patients and she asked my young daughter what happened did your last place stop taking your insurance? Omg really? How would my daughter know? They scrapped her gums and they have been bleeding for an while now and flossed her way too hard. The dentist was very rude and short with me. If I could give them a zero star I would!

I got my top teeth done. I got dentures. This is the best place to go you cannot tell my are not real IV had them 2 years and haven't had to have anything done to them I haven't had to order a new pair best place ever I'm very happy I came here I tell EVERYONE!!!!
