My mother was treated horribly by Dr. Bright he never looked at her chart was about to touch her with latex gloves which she is allergic to. He proceded to tell her to lay back when she had questions.Being cautious on her own safety he was upset pulled 2 teeth and gave her no medicine and sent her home.

My teeth have never been the same since coming here. I'm in pain everyday, I can't eat anything hard. I've went back to get it fixed nothings helped.Poor customer service !

Can never get in contact with anyone at the front desk. Incompetent receptionists and dentists. Any work they do WILL need to be redone. And pray they don't cause serious and/or life threatening damage because its proven that they're guilty of it. If they don't pick up the phone, PLEASE take it as your sign to go elsewhere. You will regret going here.

I would give 0 if I could, I was told after a hour and an half by the doctor that he couldn't do anything because he doesn't know where his own supply is, so completely unprofessional.

Awful, they told me it will take 7 months to do my implants, it took 1 year and a half, and I have to wait sometimes more than an hour after my appointment time to be able to see the dr.

I was cared for by Dr. Omar. It felt good having my teeth cleaned after so many years. The office was clean and everyone was nice and welcoming. I'm returning next week to have some more work done. Thank you Ideal Dental care!

Someone recommend me this place and now I know why. I really need a lot of work that I can't afford. The dentist gave me discount and payments options. The staff was friendly and patient with all the questions I had. Thank you Dr Omar

Horrible service; it took the doctor 45 minutes to see my friend with a serious tooth infection, and after being seen it took an hour and a half to get the antibiotics because Ideal Dental Care messed up the prescription two times. On top of all of this, I could not reach them to save our lives; I called 15 times to Ideal Dental Care without any answer so I was forced to drive back to the dentist to ask if they had actually sent the prescription in or not. After returning to ask about the prescription we went back to wait at the pharmacy once again only to find out that AGAIN they had NOT sent in the prescribed antibiotics, this whole time my friend is in excruciating pain; I called 10 more times with no answer AGAIN so I was forced to drive back to the dentist for a third time to find out why they had not sent in her antibiotics. Poor poor practice at this location, I would highly recommend NEVER using Ideal Dental Care. Thank you, have a wonderful day.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS... Tried to make an appointment REPEATEDLY because my insurance provider gave me this number... Well for one they have a number that's forwarded to I'm guessing a cell phone , secondly I've called multiple of times just for them to keep texting an auto message ( Sorry dealing with a patient how can we help you) I mean it's been 1week and it's the same message, so I waited til the weekend to see if it would give the same message! Absolutely.. so I responded I don't like to text business but would prefer a call back ! No one never called back on top of they will send the same message repeatedly, and never will answer your phone call Just go elsewhere to someone who's more professional & take that people teeth are not a joke

I called in and spoke with Suhai very nice and helpful got to meet her when I went in for my appointment and very helpful and nice. This dentist office is very nice and clean and fast service and did not have a long wait time for appointment
