My parents, Mr & Mrs Garcia had an appointment today at Idea Family Dentistry & Orthodontist in Pharr, Texas. My parents new patients at this facility. They told me they had the best experience during their visit from beginning to end. We are very skeptical these days when it comes to dentists office. Everyone seems to be trying to bill for stuff we don't need. This place is great, nice comfy place very clean . They have goodies and an employee especially dedicated to patients customer service. Older patients seem to love the attention as we sat in office we saw them gravitate to the employee there dedicated to customer service. Love love love the customer service especially towards our older folks , the dentist has an upbeat attitude which is great. Straight and to the point with a smile! Highly recommend
