Dr. Chen spent his early years in New York City before moving to Houston with his family at age of seven. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Texas at Austin followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2003.
Following his rigorous training and studies from Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Chen was offered a position to practice general dentistry in Seattle, Washington. In Seattle, Dr. Chen was also appointed as a clinical faculty at the University of Washington, school of dentistry. After two years, he moved back to his beloved Austin. Dr. Chen has practiced in Austin for the past 15 years. He focuses on patient comfort and patients chief concern. Dr. Chen has a vast array of experiences in general dentistry, excellent pain management skills, and accommodates to the needs of phobic patients. Dr. Chen is not limited to general dentistry but does perform certain specialty dentistry such as some cosmetic, restorative, surgical and endodontic dentistry.
