Dr. Nadia Aboulhosn uses her dental experience to provide the highest level of dental care in a gentle, compassionate manner. She was born and raised in Brazil and has always been passionate about healthcare and loves interacting with patients. She received her Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy and completed 3 years of Medical School before earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Washington in 2009. She continues her education and keeps up-to-date with changes in dentistry by attending continuing education courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and being a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Snohomish County Dental Society.
Patients know Dr. Aboulhosn as a compassionate, trustworthy dentist, who cares about them and their dental health. She takes time to listen to her patients and mutually determine what is best for them and their individual circumstance.
Dr. Aboulhosn is multilingual and fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Aboulhosn loves family vacations especially to warm beaches. She is a certified scuba diver and enjoys all adventurous water sports activities. Dr. Aboulhosn loves to cook and entertain family and friends.
Dr. Joanna Valentine grew up in Mukilteo, WA. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology at the University of Washington before going on to dental school at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she graduated Top 10 of her class. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Snohomish County Dental Society. She also speaks Cantonese fluently.
As a dentist, Dr. Valentine believes in providing her patients with high quality care and a healthy smile that they can be proud of. The science and art of dentistry is rapidly evolving and Dr. Valentine pursues continuing education with new treatment options, dental materials, and technology in her quest for excellence. She also values her patients and listens intently to their concerns, while getting them involved in planning their treatment, and making sure they have a positive experience when receiving care.
Dr. Valentine enjoys traveling, cycling, cooking, and playing piano. When she is not at work, she is spending time with family and friends. She currently lives in Everett with her husband, daughter, and dog, Molly.

Just visited Icon Dental Center for an overdue dental appointment.... The staff are super friendly and communicate well when it comes to insurance and billing as well as dental procedures. Dr. Valentine and her staff took very good care of me and did the first half of my deep cleaning procedure for me. She is knowledgeable, skillful and gentle on my gums and teeth. I look forward to coming back to finish my second half of my deep cleaning appointment. I would recommend Icon Dental Center for any dental procedures!!

Going to the dentist is not high on my list of enjoyable places to go. However, since I need to go, Icon Dental Center is my place! They are super friendly and caring. I have seen Kailee for a few years - my kids have even seen her- we all agree she is the best! I usually have anxiety about going, but Kailee puts me at ease. She's always looking out for me and makes sure I am comfortable. The doctors are super awesome also. I have seen both Dr. Valentine and and Dr. Aboulhosn. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you want a friendly, caring and professional dental experience, go to Icon Dental Center!

Best dentist office I have ever been to. I Was recommended by a friend because I have had bad experiences elsewhere, and was very traumatized by the childrens dentist I went to as a kid and had a hard time sticking to a regular schedule. Now I am on a regular schedule and have been seeing Dr. Valentine for about 2 years now, her and her dental assistants are the nicest team and make me feel safe and confident with them. If your looking for a dentist you can trust and does wonderful work, then you much check out Icon Dental.

This is my first visit at a new dentist' office as my last dentist recently retired. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly /helpful and made me feel welcome. They fully explained all my questions/concerns and the visit was painless! (I still can't feel my face lol) Thank you Jacky for the great recommendation!

I hate dentists! Maybe you are like me. I fired my last 3 dentists. Finally, I have found a dentist that I enjoy going to. Why? Everyone at Icon are professional. They know my name and remember me. Not just my folder, really me! They make me comfortable by asking me about my family and job. They even remember things we talked about 6 months ago. They are masters with my insurance and have been able to get things done that I thought I would have to wait for. If you hate dentists, try Icon. You won't be sorry.

We really admire everyone on the Icon Dental team. My husband and I have received treatments from Dr. V, Dr. A., and Dr. Yassin and they have all been very professional, efficient, and caring. They each take the time to explain the pros and cons of every procedure and thoroughly explain current and next steps in our treatment plan. We trust their expertise a lot and would definitely recommend each of them to everyone we know. Shannon who handles financing is amazing and one of the most compassionate people I've met. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we understand our bill and that we are making the most of our dental plan benefits. Samantha and Deah at the front desk are also very friendly and sweet. We were very anxious to go to our non-urgent appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic, but we were happy to see that everyone in the office have PPEs and are instituting comprehensive safety measures to help protect themselves and their patients.

I have never had a bad experience with Icon Dental. I used to dread going to the dentist every time, but their friendly and patient staff always helps get me scheduled with new appointments and cleans my teeth with precision. I also got my wisdom teeth removed by their in-house oral surgeon. Even that process was smooth. Quick recovery with minimal pain. Glad to have found a dentist that I am comfortable going to with a friendly and personal staff. Thanks for everything.
