This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I was referred by a friend and I am so glad I made an appointment. I went in to have a broken tooth looked at and they ended up being able to fix it right then and there, didn't have to schedule another visit. Very professional and polite. I could not be any happier.

Another wonderful visit!!! Everyone at Icard and Strein Family Dentistry is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Strein is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and takes his time on his patients. After hunting for the perfect dental practice, I am incredibly thankful to have found Icard and Strein. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for general and cosmetic dentistry!

Dr. Strein fixed a crown in under 10 minutes that had been bothering me since it was put in. The dentist that placed the crown and 2 others I saw trying to remedy the issue all told me the crown wasn't too long and that it was in my head. Dr. Strein actually listened to me and suggested a mouth guard to see if it would alleviate my issue. Followed up in 2 weeks and when I told him there was no improvement he immediately adjusted the crown. He was super patient with my anxiety, took breaks to let me breathe and calmly spoke to me the whole time. I feel like I can chew normally and my mouth rests in a comfortable position for the first time in about 4 years. I cannot recommend this practice enough. The hygienist was also cognizant of my anxiety and went slowly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

After visiting a dentist on Rocky River Rd who seemed like a young flim-flam artist only interested in image & money, I visited Dr Strein. The 4 of us used him for 7 years. Dentists usually want to fill cavities that don't need filling & take x-rays that don't need taking. I expressed my concern about this to Dr Strein and he always gave me his honest level of concern about any particular issue he saw. Staff were always nice and competent. You come in, get it done, & get out. Phone is answered & problems are corrected. It's been 6 months after our last visit and the new dentist in Maryland wants to fill 15 "cavities" on 8 teeth in 2 of us that I know don't need it (if they're even there). And they're doing full radiographs without using a thyroid shield to reduce cancer risk (which is supposed to be standard practice). Treasure dentists (or any medical professional) who aren't like a car dealership or AC repair companies. That isn't to say this office will not offer more than insurance covers or not want to do a filling as soon as a cavity appears. But they are fine with you refusing, not like "you have to do everything we say or we'll try to frighten you".

I went to visit this office today for the first time because of a broken tooth and was so impressed with the grace and courtesy they showed me. Jackie and Melissa were fantastic they listened and answered all of my questions and put me at ease, they did not rush me here or there, they were gentle and compassionate to my problem. Then I saw Dr. Strein, he was so nice and patient! He helped me with my broken tooth and then helped me plan for some additional problems I needed fixed. Overly happy with my new Dentist, Thanks Dr. Strein and the team!

I have been a creature of habit for way to long. I have been in CLT for 11 years now and still go back to my hometown to get cleanings. I've known for way to long I've wanted to switch to local & just haven't. COVID was my reason to finally find someone in the Harrisburg area. Pam was phenomenal for my overly sensitive teeth. Very knowledgeable on tips to help me during my check ups and all around obsessed with how my teeth feel & look. My teeth actually feel normal again like they did years ago!!

I recently had a crown replaced, after two hours the new crown was in, made on their own equipment. It fit right away and I did not have problems at all. I highly recommend the offices of Dr. Icard and Dr. Strein!

The hygienist broke my tooth, threw the piece in the trash and did not say a word to the dentist. When I complained, he tried to cover up for her even after I pointed out to the area, described the shape of the piece that the hygienist discarded, and told him how it happened. He lied about not seeing any damage but could not explain why I had a piece of my mouth in my hand. If you want an incompetent hygienist and a dentist lacking integrity, this is the place.

I would recommend Dr Icard and Dr Strein all day for anyone's dental needs. They are professional and friendly. My daughter, 14 used to dread going to the dentist but not any longer! Thank you Dr Icard and Dr Strein for making our dental experience a positive one!

Been going to Dr. Icard since i was about 3 or 4. Always on time, hygienst and dentist are very knowledgable and easy going. Never doubted them for a second with anything they recommended!
