I went to go get a filling, came on time and the staff took me within a timely manner. Everybody there is so nice and the procedure itself, done by Dr. Johnson, was efficient and painless. Thank youu!

Not only did they give me unnecessary fillings for cavities that could've been brushed away, they made my dad sign waivers and didn't explain any risks of having laughing gas when I was a minor and had my fillings done. The staff were all rude and dismissive when we told them we saw NOTHING on the X-rays and they made me wait in a room BY MYSELF withOUT my dad and had me wear the gas mask by myself UNATTENDED for 15 minutes. I felt like my head was going to explode. And during the whole filling process, the numbing was not enough and I felt great discomfort even after I made it aware I still felt pain. The dentists didn't even do my filling right since one of the teeth is still weirdly shaped. I went back to have her shape it and she tried filing it off without anything? After I told her I was still in major pain because of the sensitivity??? I was in pain fOR MONTHS after the fillings and couldn't even drink water let alone eat anything hot, cold soft or sweet. It was hell. I got to see another dentist and she told me the dentist did a horrible job on my filling since it wasn't done properly. I had to see an orthodontist to get a root canal because it was not filled properly. I'm in better shape now years later. But man. I wish my father never had taken us here. This place is a scam.

My experience here is so poor. I was given 9:15AM appointment and is past 10:21 AM and my children hasn't been seen. I tried talking to one of the staff and she walked away from me. She's so rude and unprofessional. I won't recommend this place to no one. My children are supposed to be in school but up till now, doctor hasn't seen them. This is so annoying and unprofessional of this place. This is the worst dental office ever.

I was soooooo scared. All of my life since a little child I was afraid of the dentist. But after years of pain, I couldn't take it anymore. I went in as a walk in and had the best experience that I ever could imagine. I didn't feel a thing and I had 3 teeth extracted. Dr. King was so gentle I will never be afraid to go to the dentist again. I finally feel better about going on a regular basis.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They separated me from my children. Who does that? You wait in a room with a glass and watch them while they do whatever. My kids were scared to go and then to be separated caused some anxiety. Never again

I went here during my pregnancy because they worked with my insurance. They told me I had 12 cavities (out of nowhere) and had me come in 10 times for various things and took tons of X-rays on multiple occasions. The dentist didn't know how to administer local anesthesia, messed up my cap mold/placement twice which was so painful I had preterm contractions throughout procedures, saw other patients while seeing me bouncing between two rooms, and in the end, fillings were coming off. I am mortified that I went here after reading more reviews and that I didn't ask more questions and I am thankful that my pregnancy didn't suffer between the pain and the amount of X-rays. I suspected I was being scammed for money but I was so concerned with getting the dental work done that they said I needed before my son was born and I wasn't covered any longer. What a lack of a moral compass these people have.

My child was seeing the orthodontist at ibrush dental at his last appointment I was informed that there harford RD office would no longer have a orthodontist at this location no explanation or reference to other orthodontist just a call the number on the back of your insurance card. The way ibrush dental handles this situation is very unprofessional. I call their office to talk to the office manager they never return my phone is .
