Excellent services. The huge filling came out from my front tooth last night night made my tooth looked horrible. I was panicking because I need to represent my client at the court coming up Monday. We moved in Huntington Beach very recently and was very concerned that nobody would help me on Sunday. Ibrite Dental office invited me to the office as soon as I called , Sunday and Dr. Vinh Ton did perfect job made my tooth look fantastic, much better before I broke it. Dr. Pham is also very knowledgeable and skilled - perfect recommendation for further treatment. Office is very friendly, fast and efficient - no waiting at all. Highly recommend this office

I have been going to IBrite Dental since 2016. From 2007 to 2016, I was bouncing around looking for a dentist that can deal with my bad teeth. I had several teeth with deep decays that needed multiple crowns which I already got done twice from two different dentists prior. Ever since I met Dr. Ton from IBrite Dental, I found my permanent home for my teeth. I personally believe that Dentistry is a combination of knowledge and art. I know Dentists go through massive years of schooling to get where they are but a GREAT DENTIST should also be a GREAT ARTIST. Let me tell you, Dr. Ton is an AMAZING ARTIST who takes pride in his work! Several years prior, I could not tell if the work that was performed on me was good work or not but then I kept wondering why the same spots still bothered me and why they kept putting a crown for the same tooth over and over again within a 1 year period in between each time. Granted, I am not the best keeper of my teeth. So I figured I tried IBrite Dental and my oh my! Dr. Ton fixed my crown that year (2016) and those spots never bothered me again and it's been 5 years (2021)! I originally was changing them out annually! So the reason why I am writing this review today is because I am very IMPRESSED with how their quality of work has not decreased throughout the years. After 5 years, they still display PERFECTION and take BIG PRIDE in their work. A lot of people do the work just to collect a paycheck. But Dr. Ton does it like he loves pulling smelly teeth for a living. Like, he really LOVES IT! I feel Dr. Ton will not do anything less than his best. They prep, take detailed photos before, during, and after procedures. Consistently take x-rays to make sure the quality is there with no exposure. They always make sure there is little to no pain or discomfort. Work I have gotten completed here: -Tooth Extractions -Bone Grafting -Implants -Root Canals -Crowns -Fillers -Cleaning Even with COVID, they go above and beyond to remind you of the safety protocols to make you feel safe and even gave me a antiseptic rinse along with a self assessment and travel disclosure. They also had air filters and UV technology. The work here is A+. They even work on the weekends! Story: So I was pulling my car into a parking spot at IBrite Dental End of day yesterday and as I got out of my car, Dr. Ton would greet me with "HEY VINCE! HOW ARE YOU?" while displaying a BIG SMILE. The funny part was that I didn't even entered the office yet. I was so impressed with how personable he is and how happy him, Dr. Celine, and staff are always are. They treat me like family. I am never leaving!

First time here. They were very polite and professional. Cleaning and x-rays were quick and painless. Definitely recommend!

Professional and efficient staff, gentle as they can be. By far the least amount of pain and discomfort I've experienced. One had cleanings, extractions, and fillings done here. For covid-19, they are logging phone numbers for contact tracing, asking for a self assessment and travel disclosure, have air ionizers, and use an antiseptic mouth rinse, all to help protect themselves and the patients.

I had good experience with this dental location. The dentist was really gentle and caring. I had 4 cavities. The filler is good now. I'm glad that I went to this place. I was referred to by a friend. I recommend it.

Dr. Celine Pham is very kind, patient and thorough. You don't feel rushed and she explains everything in a way you understand. Because you're not rushed, she showed me pictures and discussed treatment options that my previous dentists never did. Thank you! Also great with toddlers.

COME HERE! I searched for 3 years after my childhood dentist retired. An amazing husband/wife team including specialty. Husband is active serviceman, treating our troops and locals abroad. Honestly, I've never had a dentist so gentle and informative...she explains everything calmly and thoroughly. They show the pricing and how your insurance applies with no pressure to have the work done here or immediately...time to think! iBright's cash price was better than other dentists were given me for my HMO plan. I switched to PPO and have very little out of pocket; well worth the monthly expense due to my multiple kids and wife's poor teeth. Stop looking and make an appointment! (I am a local paramedic and father of 6)

This place reeks of unethical behavior. I went in to get a routine cleaning which is supposed to consist of a set of x-rays and a basic cleaning. Dr. Celine Pham refused to do the basic cleaning unless I also paid out of pocket for a "full mouth debridement" and four quadrants of "gingival irrigation." I repeatedly said I wanted only the basic cleaning that my insurance covers. I even offered to sign a waiver acknowledging I was declining the debridement and gingival irrigation, and that I would take responsibility for that. She still refused to do the basic cleaning. I called my insurance, hoping they could help. I tried to get Dr. Pham to tell the insurance people why she refused to do the basic cleaning. She refused to talk to them. The insurance people told me they couldn't do anything about it. They said they couldn't make her do what my insurance paid for. I couldn't believe my ears. In summary, I pay a monthly insurance premium to take care of basic matters like a dental cleaning every 6 months. Apparently, I paid my money for nothing because after 2 hours of trying to resolve this, I got nowhere with this office. Another reviewer on this forum said this office only cares about money, not the well-being of their patients. He is absolutely right. Do not give your business to this office. Take your money elsewhere and hope that the next dentist will treat you in an ethical manner.

If you have dental DMO insurance, which is the HMO version of dental insurance, iBrite won't be satisfied with the payment they receive from the insurance company. They will use trickery and underhanded practices to get more out of pocket money from you. Beware of them.

I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr. Celine makes me look forward to coming for my visits! I am actually motivated to keep my teeth more clean from now on. She is very helpful and educates me about what's going on with my teeth. Most of my other dentists do not sit down with me and take the time to explain my X-rays to me, all I would know is I'm getting a filling but not even sure which teeth. Dr. Celine walks me thoroughly to show me which teeth she works on, which cavity, and shows me other methods to keep my teeth nice and heathy.

My friends recommended me to go iBrite Dental for wisdom teeth extraction. Dr Ton was very gental and i had no pain entire proceture. Dr Ton provided an excelence care. Staff was nice. Dr Celine explained very detail what i need. Very happy and strongly recommended!
