I love Soul Smiles. THIS PRACTICE IS BLACK OWNED! Dr. Hathaway is the best! He is very charismatic and really cares about the comfort of his patients. The office vibe is amazing! I am definitely recommending all of my friend and family to his practice.

Dr. Hathaway at Soul Smiles is excellent. He is so friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. He is clearly knowledgeable and uses the correct dental terminology when discussing topics with patients but he also translates those terms into everyday language that is easy to understand. He diagnosed a condition in me that other dentists had been overlooking for years. Give his office a chance and prepare to be impressed!

Update: my initial review was for i2m Dental. This place is now Soul Smiles under a new team. Staff was not helpful when I called to schedule Very clean and staff is pleasant. Parking lot is behind the office and you can see the actual building from the street. Whole experience was pleasant and very helpful. Things were explained clearly and we needed a follow up visit. Luckily they were flexible with my scheduling needs. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

looking for a dentist, decided not to choose this one. whoever is responsible for responding to customer complaints (such as these reviews), seems unprofessional & is seen to be responding to customers that they are leaving "HIPPA traps". yet.. what is HIPPA? they don't even know the correct acronym to which they're accusing people of violating.

I am not really a review-type of woman so anyone reading this will know your visit here is well worth it. I brought my step-children in for consultations after having very bad experiences with dental clinics in this and surrounding communities. Dr. Sinha was very thorough with the exams and explained everything I needed to know to me like I am a five year old (THIS IS A GOOD THING AS I AM NO WHERE CLOSE TO THE MEDICAL FIELD IN MY CAREER!!). Her assistant was very kind to me and my step-children and I also noticed both her assistant's and Dr. Sinha's hospitality standards to those who do not speak the English language; very patient, clear translations in communications, and very respectful. Lastly, I really want to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman working at the reception desk. Not only was he mobile and efficient in getting us in and out, he gave each of my step-children laughs and giggles and even stopped the youngest from crying and actually got him to sit in the dental chair, which I could never have done myself. I wasn't even a patient yet I got the same treatment from him; the kindness and professionalism from this young gentleman will never go un-noticed to the recipients of his hospitality. I'd give more stars if Google let me. Thank you i2m Dental!

I had a great experience with i2m dental!! I went through Invisalign for 10 months and the entire staff made the process very easy and manageable. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I drove my friend to her dentist appointment today. Her appointment was at 1:30pm, and we got there at 1:37pm. This office has a 10min grace period. They sent her home because, despite the 10min grace period, the dentist had to be out by 2pm. Excuse me? This after I've driven her 40min in the rain. No one called and said that the dentist had to leave early! The office is open until 5pm! This is so so so inconsiderate. You can't tell people you have a 10min grace period, and then say actually the dentist has to leave at 2pm so we can't see you. This is extremely unprofessional. I recommend taking your business to Neibauer Dental Care or even Healthy Dental. Much more professional, and they care about your time!

Dr. Pullavi Sinha has a wonderful manner and disposition. She was very patient and took time to explain the best way to care for my teeth, given my current situation. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I'm so glad I found i2m Dental and Dr. Pullavi Sinha!

i2m Dental is a great place to visit when you want to get your teeth clean. The clients are very helpful and very nice. i2m dental are still open during this COVID-19 pandemic, come and get your teeth check!!! I recommend i2m dental because they get the job done .

I've been here three times and the service has been nothing but exceptional. Everyone is amazing and willing to help with any issues. Whether it's helping with Insurance or rescheduling appointments. I'd definitely recommend!

I have been coming here since June 2020, and Dr. Pallavi and all of her staff are so pleasant I have not had a problem at all. Dr. Pallavi is very attentive to whatever concerns or needs I have and she is very keen towards preventative non-invasive care teeth. Great job.
