After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, he earned a full academic scholarship to dental school in Florida, where he graduated first in his class. Then, Dr. I returned to the University of Pennsylvania to complete a two-year orthodontic residency.
He is also proud to have been a memberof the orthodontic faculty at the University of Colorado, where he taught diagnosis, treatment planning, growth, development, adult orthodontic treatment and clinical efficiency.
Dr. I is an active member of many orthodontic organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), the Colorado Dental Association (CDA), the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists (RMSO). He is also an acting council member for the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), and a board member for the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society (MDDS), the Colorado Orthodontic Association (COA), the Colorado Summer Meeting (CSM), the Colorado Orthodontic Foundation (COF) and Kids In Need of Dentistry (KIND).
Dr. Isaac Chung has been practicing orthodontics in Colorado for 4 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University and later attended the prestigious University of Pennsylvania as a Deans Scholar, where he received his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry with multiple honors. He continued his training at the University of Pennsylvania where he completed his orthodontic specialty residency. Dr. Isaac has the distinguished honor of being board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Outside of the office, Dr. Isaac serves on the board of Kids in Need of Dentistry, a local non-profit providing free dental care to children throughout all of Colorado. He also serves on the Dental Advisory Board for Project Worthmore, a Colorado-based non-profit organization, whose mission is to provide empowering programs and services to Denver-area refugees. Dr. Isaac is an active member of the Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and Metro Denver Dental Society. He has been voted a 5280 Top Dentist by his peers since 2020.
Dr. Isaac is proud to call Colorado his home, where he gets to hike beautiful mountains, snowboard some of the greatest conditions in the world, and most importantly, live in proximity to his family. Dr. Isaac and his wife have an exuberant daughter and an energetic dog. They enjoy cooking and baking, frequenting local coffee shops, and going on outdoor adventures as a family.

Our daughter had her first set of braces at a young age. From our first experience with I-Ortho. We just finished our final treatment, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff and doctors here are the best, super friendly, easy to work with, and just make you feel like family!! We would recommend them again and again!!

i don't have the best teeth, had to have a decent amount of things done to them but iortho has been my orthodontist the entire time. The people working there are amazing and know how to communicate with kids and adults alike. They have great practices with people who know what they're doing.

2022-July. There are lots of parking. The facility is on the 2nd floor, and you have to enter the building through the lobby which is located st the right side of the liquor store. There's an elevator and staircase. There's a clean restroom on the 2nd floor. The staff at the front desk are so nice and very pleasant. All of them were cheerful... . The massage chairs at the waiting area were very relaxing! I am not a patient here (was just there to pick up something for a friend), but with that kind of positive uplifitng attitude, I know now where to take my son when he needs orthodontist!!

To start, I work in the dental implant industry so dental is my thing and I notice everything. From cleanliness to hygiene, to ambiance to cost, customer service and honesty... I highly recommend i-Orthodontists as I was referred to them by another happy client. Accessibility is huge for me. Here it is stellar with multiple centers and easy access. I'm going to tell you my experience from September 2021-July 2022, 9 months. I went in for a free consult in September. It was super easy to find and in a beautiful building with ample amounts of parking and right in front of the entrance (accessibility, right?). There are stairs or elevators. I went in for my consult and had my temperature checked and filled out the forms. Very quickly I was seen with a warm welcome. This is where I met Darien! He greeted me with a the huge smile! He took my photos & scans, nice pictures on the wall by the way too. Very friendly and lots of laughs. Everything was welcoming, including the view. It was stunning, the windows, floor to ceiling, open to the mountain range to the west. Esthetically, on so many levels, I felt comfortable and at home. I then met with Alma and Dr. "I. Dr I gave me my treatment plan with great knowledge and really listened to my concerns. I felt respected and heard. He answered my questions frankly and without the run around. Alma showed me the office and sat me down to give me information on cost and financing. I let her know I was checking out other places. She did not try to push me. I found that very humbling. I never felt like she was trying to "sell me." I saw those other places but was not excited or wowed by any of them so on my drive home from the very last one I called Alma and was able to get her directly. Immediately I set up my contract and even with a better payment plan. She charged me half of what the competitors were quoting me. I was so excited that I had finally found the one and I was on my way to a happier and healthier smile :) Along the way I have met so many wonderful and amazing staff members at multiple locations (accessible and accommodating locations that is). To name a few... Sander, ask him about his cool tattoo. He's hilarious and super nice. And he's from California. Lina is very sweet, personable and professional all at the same time. I appreciate that because we're talking about our health and our mouth. They cleaned things before and after. A woman used a wand in my mouth to do imaging. They were wearing gloves and touching the screen at the same time. Afterwards she disinfected the screen, the wand and even the hose. I have been so wowed and so impressed by their attention to sterilization and cleanliness. Dr Issac, not to be confused with Dr I, has been so patient and forthcoming with me. I had a concern and some questions because I'm in the dental industry. The sweet front staff made an appointment for me the following week. They always have appointments for me on my only day off which is Wednesday. Again, more accommodating. Dr Issac and his staff sat me down to explain my treatment plan more in depth. They reassured me in areas I had felt confused about and put my mind at ease. I wanted to share one last thing. The last time I was in I was suppose to be in the week before but I had to cancel last minute. Very easily they were able reschedule me for the following week. I preface this because this is how amazing the staff is. Their music selection is very fun and upbeat. When I was laying there in the chair this last time I explained to Sander, who was working on my mouth, that last week I had to cancel. My grandmother had passed away. A song came on that reminded me of her and immediately tears starting streaming down my cheeks. He asked if I was ok and understanding. He reassured me that we could stop at anytime if I needed a minute. Lina was there too and very sweet about it as well. Thank you to your staff for making my smile better and most importantly, the healthiest it could ever be! You all have truly made an impact on my life and I'm sure you will continue to do so!!

The team at I ortho is already so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure having such an amazing team. My daughters teeth look incredible and we have been overly satisfied with the treatments she received. Iris went out of her way to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and on the last day of braces. we celebrated the transition.

My experience was amazing, always has been. Oscar is my guy, kind spoken, welcoming and very professional. He definitely knows what he's doing . Today I worked with Darien he was fast, and awesome as well. i-Orthodontics have amazing employees overall. Dr Issac is very professional and patient with me he's been helping me reach my over all goal. I love my dental office .
