Dr. Spratling is board certified, being a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, the Southeastern Society of PediatricDentistry, and the Augusta Dental Society. He has also served as a committee member of the Georgia Dental Association Council on Dental Health, and coordinated activities related to National Childrens Dental Health Month for the Augusta area.While in dental school, Dr. Spratling was the recipient of the Medical College of Georgia 2001 Dolly Award, voted by classmates as the rising senior with the most professionalism, the most empathy toward patients, and the most perseverance. Dr. Spratling is currently on staff at Doctors Hospital in Augusta where he provides dental rehabilitation for pediatric and special needs patients.

Dr. Spratling is originally from Waycross, Georgia and is married to the former Susan Roberson of Augusta. Susan also has formal training in the dental field as a dental hygienist. They have four children twin boys, Turner and Mason, and two girls, Ivy and Liza Dell.Dr. Spratlings sons graduated from the University of Georgia and are pursuing careers in AgriScience and Physical Therapy. His oldest daughter graduated from Gardner-Webb University on a soccer scholarship, and currently attends graduate school at Coastal Carolina majoring in marine biology, and his youngest daughter attends the University of Georgia. As a family they enjoysports activities, and the chance to root on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Dr. Will saw patients in the operating room at MUSC Childrens Hospital, a level 1 Childrens Medical Center in South Carolina that is nationally ranked for its patient care. He uses this experience as he is on staff at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. His position there allows him to treat challenging dental cases and special needs patients in a safe and secure environment.With Charleston being such a medical hub for the state of South Carolina, Dr. Will was fortunate to care for a wide variety of special needs patients in his time there. His experience working with these patients in an outpatient setting as well as a hospital setting cultivated a strong desire to devote a portion of his practice to special needs patients of all ages.

Medical technology and research are constantly changing. Dr. Wills recent experience in an academic setting provided him the opportunity to become familiar with the next generation of dental materials. He received training in laser dentistry and its application to soft tissue procedures in infants, children, and adults. He uses a CO2 soft tissue laser in his practice.

Dr. Will is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the Georgia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Augusta Dental Society. Dr. Will is certified in Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

He lives in Martinez with his wife Jenny and their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family riding bikes or swimming at the pool. They are excited to make Augusta their home and look forward to serving the community through Pediatric Dental Specialists.
