Cleveland Dentist, Dr. Brad Hylan has a strong thirst for continuing education Rather than just study the minimum required for licensure, he continues to study extensively and stay abreast of all the new techniques he can.
He explains it this way: In an ideal situation, the dentist should use a combination of tried-and-true methods with the latest in precision techniques. Ive attended courses and clinics that not only enhance my technical skills, but my evaluative skills as well. I have studied over 45 different subjects through the University of Pennsylvania Dental School as well as the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
I chose this community because I moved to Cleveland with my fianc for her to complete her residency at Case Western. I was introduced to Dr. Hylan through his daughter, Jessica, who is a clinical faculty member at Midwestern University. This has been a great fit, as we have a diverse patient population whom we are able to help every day.
I met my fianc, Liz, in dental school at Midwestern University. Liz is currently completing a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University to specialize in treating children and special needs patients.
To say that Cleveland Dentist, Dr. Kareen A. Levy is passionate about learning might be an understatement. She loves to learn everything that she can. If you were to ask Dr. Levy how she feels about education she will tell you Every day is a learning day.

For 13 years I have been coming to Hylan DentalCenter,. I come in, often a bit frightened. They always know what I need and take charge of the situation. The dentist, technicians, office staff and all who work here are professional and kind. They always manage to do such a great job, and deliver the best results, no matter what the circumstances. They treat people very well they are honest of what needs done and do a thorough job. They also take emergency appointments which is awesome so today I got rescheduled another man cussed and sweared but hey things happen and they are doing their best. I did also did the zoom whitening which the results were great it wasn't painless tho but I got thru it. So everyone who writes a one star this is a family business and they really go above and beyond to try to accommodate all teeth and sometimes they have to reschedule you which is ok one day u may have a cracked tooth and be in pain they will take u. They really do care

The receptionist kyla was super helpfull and flexible, i came in ln thursday for an appointment and it was next thursday but she was able to get me in that same to saving me alot of trouble, hylan dental is the best around !!

Outstanding work on a crown - the made the crown on the spot and I was in and out the same day. Susan also set me up with a payment plan to make it affordable. Highly recommended!

They are terrible I had a chipped front tooth and they made me fix both of them saing my insurance is gonna cover for it from their greed it back fires on me and now my insurance don't cover cosmetic so I'm stuck with the bill on my credit report they are the worst's dentist in Cleveland they scam people ... please do not go there .

I never thought I would ever have a good dental experience ever in my life. Dr. Patel was so wonderful. She kept me calm and took amazing care of me. She made sure I felt comfortable and in no pain. Lauren in the front was also Amazing. She helped me when I thought no one could. I will never go anywhere else ever.

I requested emergency appointment online at 1am on Friday October 7 2022. I had not received a call all day so I called them at 2pm and the emergency operator told me they closed at 1pm. The operator then put another emergency request in and told me they should call me first thing in the morning when they open at 8am. I called them at 9:15 am and was told the doctor who takes your insurance doesn't come in until Thursday and plus there no space for you and they were canceling other people appointment today also. I ask her if she was serious and she said yes the doctor is not on schedule to come in until Thursday October 13th 2022. It's called emergency for a reason.

Great experience. Haven't been to the dentist side before covid and had a lot wrong in my mouth. They took expert care of me and I didn't experience any pain.

Normally every time I've been there I wait 1 hr for someone to call me back. I stopped going to them because of this reason but when I had tooth aches for a wisdom tooth I called to have it pulled. They scheduled me a consultation with the dentist.... I show up. Wait 40 minutes. Only for them to call me up and tell me they don't do that there. They waste everyone's time all the time. I left work early to make this appointment and left with still a tooth ache that needs immediate attention and having to make a new appointment some where else.

All I can say is these reviews must be fake. They caused me to lose teeth due to shoddy crown treatment. Temp tooth broke off. Had to pull. Made me a flipper for $1,100. The other crown they attached it to broke off and left me with no teeth on my upper right. I e spent much time and money trying to resolve this. I've sunk into deep depression over this. I hate looking like this. Hylan office mgr screamed at me to go to Metro if I don't like them. P.S. I was reading positive reviews but if you sort by negative, they reflect my exact experience. An absolute horror show. The loss of my teeth has really been very destructive to my well being. Unfortunately, the expensive flipper failed, according to a lawyer, past the date I could sue them. Please please don't go here for any reason. This is my opinion based on actual experience and horrible painful denial work done here. Please please stay away. That is my recommendation based on my actual experience. I believe everyone and everything said as their failure put me on a very sad path of mistrust and depression.

They are Excellent. They numbed me up really good to do deep cleaning. So I had to be rescheduled twice because they did not put me back on for my original doctor and this car lady name Susan talk to me and had me get in for a deep cleaning and she scheduled me to get my two crowns she is very nice and I appreciate her and everything that she did

Horrible experience. 6 visits for a root canal. Permanent crown starting falling apart 2 days after implant. Would not take responsibility. Within a few months it has further chipped and totally fallen out. Said I had to pay for replacement. Not cool.

Arrived for my 3:00p appointment at 2:55p. Sat in the waiting room until 4:30p with NO communication to when I would be called back. Got tired of waiting and left, very unprofessional.
