If I could give this place a negative star I would. I never leave comments so I just want everyone to know this place is horrible. The wait was two hours. I had two cavity fillings then ended up needing a root canal because dr put the filling in too deep. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do NOT go here if you care about you.

When you call you are placed on hold for at least 15 mins before you can even speak to someone. Dentists are very good but customer service needs an upgrade!

The hygienist is rude and disrespectful. She speaks to patients rudely. I am definitely going to the bbb to complain. She should NOT be working with people. If she hates what she is doing then she should quit.

They will make you wait. Call the office half hour before you leave because they will take forever to get you in. They make you wait even more when your inside. Horrible service!!!!! Not happy at all. Stop making apportionments if your not going to be able to take the patient inside at that time. Over book for no reason!!

A very unprofessional and unethical establishment. Went for a cleaning and my appointment lasted a total of 7 minutes. I never even saw a dentist during my visit. The hygienist only polished my teeth, took 4 quick X-rays and then told me I had "one cavity" and rushed me over to make an appointment (also side note: I didn't know hygienist were even allowed to classify cavities when they aren't doctors?) Apparently patients only see the dentist when they have time? Sometimes "they are busy and review the xrays at night" lol. Establishments that run like this get rich by taking advantage of people. They all know what is happening behind closed doors. The secretaries too. Beware. Save your time & money and go make an appointment with a real dentist. Would give zero stars if I could.

The wait took over 2 hours! Unbelievably horrible service! The waiting room was full of unhappy people and the office was way understaffed.

From start to finish, including when making the initial appointment, I was pleased with all interactions. The front desk is super helpful, the hygienist that did my cleaning was thorough, and the dentist herself was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great treatment options.

There turn around time for crowns are extremely long 6 weeks plus after you get molded. Are extremely rude from the desk to the nurses there semi nice Dr Habib got fired same day as my root canal that next appts ahead were horrible jingling different Dr. At least avoid until Dr gets replaced turn around times and appointments are way to long.

The hygienist probably spent two minutes on cleaning my teeth, does not seem to care and just wants to go home. You would've thought a dental clinic would be strict about their masks mandates, but NOT IN THIS CLINIC. Speaking to the receptionist who has zero shame to be not wearing her mask correctly (completely pulled down to her chin) was scary enough, but At least I could step back myself. However, then you have the hygienist who comes so close to you and isn't wearing mask properly. Never going back again. Protect yourself.
