Dr. Bills has practiced dentistry for 30 years in Logan, Utah. He completed his undergraduate work from Utah State University prior to receiving his D.D.S. in June of 1990 from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska.
He is an active member of The American Dental Association, The Academy of Laser Dentistry, and The Academy of General Dentistry. His membership in these organizations, as well as his completion of several cosmetic and laser dentistry courses, has allowed him to remain current on the most beneficial and cutting edge dental treatments.
Dr. Bills is well know by his patients for being a kind and considerate dentist. He cares for them with respect and attention to their individual needs and concerns. His calm disposition ensures patients have an excellent experience when they visit his office.
He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in North Logan, Utah. He is the proud father of 7 children. He enjoys spending time outdoors boating, skiing, shooting, and biking. He also loves spending time with his family and living here in Cache Valley.

This office is way overpriced and has terrible accounting. Be aware! They will take forever to process your claims and after they do, even with the double dental insurance you will pay on your own for their mediocre work! Their quality is poor! I would suggest to stay away!!

Dr Bills is the man! I recently got booted from my parents insurance and they set me up with an affordable plan without insurance. I was able to get an appointment quickly (literally the next day). Dr Bills always spends time with you and does not rush in and out like some other doctors and dentists tend to do.

Went in to get a filling on a tooth that was causing discomfort when eating sweet foods. Although the staff was friendly, the quality of the filling was horrible. It now causes pain with any pressure and hot/cold foods. I attended my regular dentist back home and they informed me it would have to be replaced because it was done so poorly. They also remarked that whoever had last cleaned my teeth (Hyde Park Dental) had done a very poor job and essentially done the bare minimum.

They never get us back on time and then when we finally get back into the room they switch how long the appointment is. Please just be correct the first time, you don't realize how much time out of the day you take from us when you keep changing what's going on.

I have been going to a dentist near my office in Ogden. I wanted a dentist in Cache Valley and decided on Hyde Park Dental. What a great experience! This might well be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Emily, the Hygienist, was great! Cami, the office manager, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Hyde Park Dental. You have exceeded my expectations! I will absolutely be coming back to you for my dental work.

I really like Hyde Park Dental! I needed to find a dentist closer to my home. At the recommendation of both family and friends, I went to Hyde Park Dental. Dr. Carlson and the staff are so welcoming. It is obvious they genuinely care about their patients and enjoy their work. It is a happy place to be! (When have you ever heard that about a dentist office!) Cami, at the front desk, is amazing! I appreciate how kind and efficient she is. Dr. Priebe explained everything and took the time I needed to have a great outcome. I had procrastinated getting crowns, but my experience has been so positive I will not put off dental work in the future. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Bill's is awesome easy to work with and full of ideas. He truly cares about his patients and what is best for them and the staff is great to work with. Also the most pain free dental work I have ever had.

I have written a review before telling EVERYONE to go here. This place was amazing! They recently had some staffing changes. This is not the awesome place it use to be. The people at the front desk have no customer service skills at all, and look like they hate their jobs. I was contacted to confirm my appointment, which I did and then received a notice no more than an hour later needing to reschedule for a whole month later. When I called they couldn't even find me in their system, and the girl I spoke with made it out to be as if this was my fault. They should've done whatever was needed to keep the girl that use to work the desk. The doctors and hygienists there are great, but I don't know if I'll ever go back because of how difficult this experience was.

Dr Carlson made my daughters mouth permanently numb while doing a root canal. He should have his license taken away. Dental schools use my daughters X-ray to show dental students what NOT to do!!!

Hyde Park Dental is awesome! I'm an out-of-state college student so I've tried a couple of dental offices around the valley and HPD is by far the best. My hygienist was so careful with my sensitive teeth and dental anxieties, the office staff was friendly and helpful, and the dentist was friendly and thorough.

Incredible staff and dentists. Had an after hour emergency with an abscess tooth and got right through to the dentist. He was more then helpful getting antibiotics and an appointment quickly. The staff is always kind and caring. Very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Carlson and Priebe are best doctor ever. They are careful to listen what patient concerns. They treat people sincerely. Staffs are very friendly and helpful always. Hygienists are so skilled. I have never had any problem with Hyde Park Dental, such as treatment, payment, make appointment etc. I highly recommend.
