I had a dental emergency while on vacation this summer. Hyannis family dentistry saw me immediately the next morning. The staff was amazing. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again for Everything Michael

The people here are truly amazing. My husband and I had problems finding our new Dentist Practice on Cape Cod after moving from a different state. It was almost impossible to come across a practice who wanted to take new patients, until we contacted Family Dentistry. Linda was so understanding, helpful and kind, she was able to give us appointments so we could have some issues solved. My husband had an old crown on a molar put on from our previos dentist back in New York, that crown was giving him pain for years because the dentist would tell him that the reason for the pain was due to a Gum problem, not the crown itself. Here is where Family Dentistry practice change my husband yeas of pain, during his first visit to Dr Yeh and after examination, he assured my husband that the pain he was experiencing has nothings to do with his gum and actually it was a result from the previos crown and proposed to do a new one. He put his trust in Dr Yeh and he was so RIGHT, now he is totally free of pain. Thank you. Great knowledgeable Doctor, the staff is professional and kind as well. Linda at the front desk is so nice and accommodating, always ready to help, she has done that for my husband and myself as well. Thank you for all for creating a confortable place to go when we need some oral care because going to the dentist is already a little stressful when situations happens. Highly recommended!

the human kindness factor here is key - I am a nervous dental patient in the best scenario, and at this visit after staying away from any dental care through COVID i was dealing with an infected tooth that ended up needing root canal referral. Dr Yeh was kind and professional and quickly assessed the urgency of the condition, writing me a scrip for antibiotic and sending me to a root canal specialist. As i no longer have dental insurance i was nervous about the cost of the visit but Linda at the front desk was so kind and explained payment options for me and made me feel like it was all going to be alright. I am so grateful for the way i was treated today, and feel like too often people are willing to take the time to complain when things don't go their way - but not to stop and say thank you for the ways people try to help even when you get less than great news. <3 Payment plans are a nice way to offer people without dental insurance options to decrease anxiety - but human kindness while explaining them is PRICELESS. Sincerest Thank you to all who helped me today. :)

Went to see Dr. Yeh for an emergency during right before Christmas. He saw me right away and was very thorough in his investigation into my issue and the follow up plan. He even kept in touch over the holidays as he was curious about how I was doing. Great follow up and care. Everyone else that's part of the practice is great. Linda is always extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Dr. Yeh is the best. We spend summers on Martha's Vineyard where the dentists are always too busy to see emergencies (and, by reputation, not particularly good dentists). I have had to go off-island twice for dental emergencies and Dr. Yeh has taken care of them, on one day's notice, for a reasonable price. And he's a swell guy besides!

I was looking for a new dentist after moving to Hyannis and wanted to sign up my four children here BUT after being scolded at for my children playing too loudly in the background and being huffed at by the woman answering the phone I was concerned that the dentists there may have the same impatient tendencies and decided against it. I understand answering phones is not the greatest and that there are very many rude people out there but if she only knew that I am not one of them. That I am a single mom of four children, just trying to take care of my babies teeth and who are all staying in a single room dv shelter with no ac in this extreme heat and no where "quiet " to use the phone at. I wasn't choosing to have my overheated children make noises in the background to ruin her day or make her job harder. So patience would of been appreciated and her impatience with me is what fueled me to write this review. Let's all try to be a little kinder in this world. You never know what else someone else is struggling through and patience isn't a huge thing to ask for when calling a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Yeh was extremely courteous and professional. I travel for work and had a dental emergency and was able to get Dr. Yeh to fix it almost immediately.

We were patients of Dr. Hill for many years...when he retired, we decided to stay with Dr. Yeh, so glad we did. He is very gentle, caring, professional and we really like his work. He is a very skilled Dentist. Everyone in his office is friendly and happy to accommodate you when you need to come in. Sue our hygienist is great! You won't go wrong choosing Dr. Victor Yeh as your Dentist

First crown ever, and great experience at Hyannis Family dentistry. The dentist (Dr Yeh) was cordial, friendly, and communicative, and the assistant (MIchelle?) was really pleasant and skilled.

The best dental experience in my life, I have been to dentist both in the USA and Jamaica and it's the first time I have been comfortable I was all tense up for my cleaning and it went like a breeze thank you Sue you are great. I called the office to see if they were in my insurance network Linda answer the phone she was very nice and helpful and got me in the same afternoon. I'm so happy I have a hygienist now that I won't be scared to keep my appointment I'm going to see Doc Yeh soon I hope I will feel the same he seems nice though I'm getting my my kids to change their dentist and a coworker. thank you guys you are great.

I would highly recommend this dentistry office to anyone looking for a high quality experience. Dr. Yeh, Sue, and Linda are phenomenal. They all work together to help you have the best experience possible. I really appreciate how honest and helpful Dr. Yeh and Sue are; always happy to answer my questions. And the reception staff are SO helpful, welcoming, and flexible if you need to change your appointment. I recently finished a series of 8 clear correct invisible braces and am very happy with the results. Dr. Yeh and the entire staff really helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The price was also much lower than other offices, so if you are looking to get invisible braces - This the place!!

If you're looking for a great dentist on Cape Cod, then this is definitely where you want to go. I'm usually anxious when on my way to an appointment, but not here. All the staff members are so welcoming and great at what they do. Dr. Yeh has so much patience throughout the appointments and Linda is always a pleasure to talk to!

I was very leary about changing dentists. However, Dr. Yeh takes dental insurance and my past dentist didn't. It didn't take long for me to trust Dr. Yeh. He's smart, very personable, competent and eager to succeed in his new practice. Everyone in the office is very friendly, professional and competent. Just recently a temporary crown fell off Friday night. I immediately called him and without hesitation he said he'd meet me at his office Saturday morning. He lives 40 miles off-Cape, but there he was bright and early Saturday morning, cheerfully ready to replace the temporary crown. Willing to go the extra mile (literally 40 miles) to do what it took to meet/beat the customer's expectations. So happy I made the switch! I Strongly endorse Hyannis Family Dentistry:-)

Dr. Yeh is the best dentist I've ever had. He's gentle, quick, and explains everything. I highly recommend him. Plus his assistants are good, and his front desk staff is excellent.

I had an incredibly enjoyable experience visiting Hyannis Family Dentistry being new to the area. Linda worked very well with me to get all of my documents forwarded over from my previous dentist and schedule my appointments. Sue, my hygienist, provided excellent care through my procedure. Lastly Dr Yeh laid out all of my options clearly for my next steps. I highly recommend HFD!

This is the best dentist office on the Cape!! Dr Yeh is so nice, gentle, compassionate and patient. I am a big baby at the dentist, and he gave me my space to relax.
