Dr. Lexie Georgoff is originally from Portage, a town on the West side of Michigan. After graduating from Portage Central High School in 2011, she ventured deep into Spartan country where she attended Michigan State University Go Green! There, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. After her senior year at MSU, she spent a semester studying abroad in Spain, where she also completed a minor in Spanish. After graduating from MSU in 2015, she headed to Detroit to follow her dreams and attend the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2020.
Lexie enjoyed the city-living of dental school, but after graduating, it was time for a change of scenery. So, she headed north to you, in Tawas. She is constantly in awe of the beauty of her new town and is grateful to live and work in such an amazing community.
Lexi is Invisalign certified, as well as, an active member of the Michigan Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Lexie is also a big advocate of lifelong learning and staying up to date on the changing world of dentistry.
When she is not working, Lexie loves to travel and explore new places with her fianc, Dr. Tanner Trombley. She also enjoys being outdoors and staying active, as well as, doing yoga, cooking/baking and playing with her sweet golden retriever, Lulu. Spending time with family and friends is very important to her. She lives by simple principles: be kind, work hard, stay humble, smile often, stay loyal, keep honest, be thankful, and always love.

OMG!! 5 stars! Words cannot express my gratitude for locating such an AMAZING dental practice! Being a business owner, my time is very limited. This office is worth the drive from Clarkston.Dr. John Lesneski is the MOST professional, skilled and compassionate dentist ever! His dental assistant Liz is TOP NOTCH, very skilled and extremely caring. They are the "A Team" for sure! Hygienists Wendy and Peggy are compassionate, gentle and kind , and Annette is a very awesome and professional dental assistant. Love the office team of Jodi, Julie and Brittany. Thank you, Jodi, for helping me become a new patient.

I can't say enough great things about Dr John and his staff! They have been amazing! I always had such fear going to the dentist, but after a couple of visits feel completely confident that I can get anything done there without being nervous. I truly feel like they care about me and go out of their way to put me at ease.

I was fortunate to join the practice 15 years ago when I moved to East Tawas. Dr. Lesneski is amazing! He is incredibly personable, gentle, and kind. The entire office operates with the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and transparency. I recommend this office to everyone I know.

They have no problem moving my appointments but when I can't make it, I have to pay cancelation or reschedule fee... lost me as a customer.

I had an amazing experience at Huron Coast Dental. The office is state of the art with up to date equipment including a scanner which allows them to do Invisalign. Finally an office up here that does Invisalign!! I got my mouth scanned super fast and I get to see what my results will be before they print my trays. Very knowledgable staff as well. Everyone recommended me to go to this office and now I see why!!

Dr. Trombley made me feel real comfortable during our long 4 hour long procedure. He knows what he is doing and has a great hygienist team to back him. Highly recommend this place for any dental needs! Not to mention the beautiful view of the lake and location of the practice. Awesome establishment!

Wow, I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist until now. This office is filled with genuine people. First off the front desk was very helpful and inviting, then the dentist answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail. They really took their time to make sure I understood the condition of my teeth and let me know how to prevent further problems. The hygienist was also amazing. I will never go to a different dental office. Huron Coast Dental all the way!!
