From start to finish, Hurley and Volk (Smile Doctors) made our son feel comfortable. No matter who we spoke to -- from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the orthodontists, and even the insurance specialists -- they were all kind and constantly greeted us with a smile. Our 8-year-old enjoyed everything from his t-shirt to the candy he received once his braces came off. He felt comfortable with everyone despite being nervous. The ability to pick new colors for his bands was another thing he loved. He did dislike doing weekly scans only because we made him brush multiple times since he always missed food in his braces, but he says now he's glad he got them. We'd highly recommend Smile Doctors (H&V) to anyone.

The team is so personable and friendly! Courtney is such a joy to talk to and I always feel like I am in great hands when I'm here! They know what they're doing and are very transparent on everything. We love the team-thank you for all that you do!

Great customer experience! All Staff were very nice. After I took pictures and X-rays I was walked over to to go Over all my options. Walked Me through each step thoroughly, explain payment with me and made me feel like it was the right decision for me To move forward with. Didn't feel like I was being pushed and the lovely lady who helped me worked with me. I would recommend.

I absolutely love Smile Doctors! As a dental assistant that refers patients to Hurley and Volk, I've always heard amazing experiences and now that I have braces I agree. I absolutely love Alondra she's so professional and amazing at doing her job! I'm always excited to come in and have my braces adjusted. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their teeth straightened, go to them! I promise you won't regret it.

Overall process and results were good for my son. But I am not satisfied with the maintenance of the retainers they putting in, which had a warranty for a year but after that anything happens to them are out of pocket expense, which could be $45 to $225. It's an ongoing cost which was not discussed or disclosed to us upfront (it's kind a hidden charges), for which I am not happy. Please discuss with them about ongoing cost after the braces are taken out.

Couldn't be happier with the process & staff! I have had my braces for 2 months now. They are all super friendly & positive!! I thought it would be a horrible experience as an adult but I was wrong.

Traffic was terrible and were turned away from appointment arriving only 20 minutes late all while they allowed a walk-in just after refusing us. No evening or weekend appointments available. Will be using someone else for future orthodontic work.
