Dr. Tiffany Ancheril has been with Rocky Mountain Urgent Care for 10 years. She started the family practice clinic in Westminster and has enjoyed seeing it grow and prosper. She is a California native who graduated from UCLA Medical School. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Texas, Houston. She worked in Houston for three years prior to moving to Colorado. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Aside from practicing medicine, she is a busy mom to three children, ages 13, 11, and 8 years old. She enjoys traveling, spending time in the mountains, and photography.
Rachel Bos, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Medical School and Mercy Residency in Denver. She holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Iowa State and worked in aerospace, oil exploration and data communication prior to medical school. During her training, she did research at National Jewish in rheumatology/lupus and nonlinear dynamics of the fetal heart. At Mayo and at Estes park she was part of peer review and she was vice chief of staff at Estes Park Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, gardening, cooking, reading and playing her harp.

Dr. Harrigan brings three decades of Family Medicine experience to Rocky Mountains Lakewood location. Well versed in preventative and chronic care management across lifes spectrum, he cares for adults, adolescents and children 6 years of age and older. An honors medical school graduate, continuing medical education and practice excellence have been continuous themes throughout his career. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has participated in the process of setting the passing standard for future candidates. As Gratis Faculty in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Louisville Dr. Harrigan taught and mentored future physicians. Born and raised in Canada, he and his family immigrated to the United States in 1995 to establish the Family Medicine department at a multi-specialty clinic in Kentucky where he routinely scored well above the 90th percentile in Press Ganey patient satisfaction surveys. After 24 years at that practice he and his wife moved to Denver, Colorado to be near family. In his spare time, Dr. Harrigan enjoys cycling, mountain biking, skiing, boating, hiking, photography and spending time with his wife, three adult children and grandson.

He initially was involved with patient care and with resident teaching through the Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation.. He served as the Medical Director for Northwestern Memorial hospitals Employee Health Service (5000 employees at the time) from 1993-1997. In 1997, Dr. Ramaswamy was appointed medical director for Northwestern Memorials Corporate Occupational Health clinic. This clinic provided work-related care to Chicagos workforce (predominantly to the hotel/retail industry). The clinic became the provider of choice for over 350 companies in the Chicago area. In December 1999, Dr. Ramaswamy moved to Colorado. He joined Rocky Mountain Medical Group (RMMG) and began practicing when the Aurora clinic opened in 2000. He served as the medical director for that clinic. Dr. Ramaswamy continues to provide occupational medicine care through RMMG. He does have a strong interest in determining causality for work-related injuries. He also does perform medical-legal work and will testify as deemed necessary. He frequently provides educational seminars for various industries, societies and associations. Dr. Ramaswamy also serves as a Medical Advisor to the Fire and Police Pension Association of Colorado (FPPA). His work with the FPPA involves putting forth recommendations on disability status for fire and police applicants.
Dr. Brian J. Beatty graduated from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, Missouri and completed a general internship at Dallas Memorial Hospital, Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine. He began his professional career in Occupational Medicine in 1985. He owned and operated a family practice and occupational clinic located in Mesquite, Texas. In 1988, Dr. Beatty was recruited by Rocky Mountain Medical Group located in Denver, Colorado. At that time, RMMG provided occupational medical services for employers throughout the Western States. Dr. Beatty became Rocky Mountain Medical Groups Clinical Medical Director in 1994. His first clinic is located in Englewood. Dr. Beatty opened a second clinic in 2000 located in Aurora. Both clinics provide occupational medical services for Denver-Metro employers. The employer client base includes small companies to large self-insureds. The staff at Rocky Mountain Medical Group take pride in assisting clients with developing and implementing programs including: injury management; pre/post hire testing; medical surveillance; and wellness education. Dr. Beatty is Medical Director for employer client companies and municipalities. He has presented for many associations and societies including the American Academy of Disability Physicians and the Colorado Bar Association.
Dr. Richard Jolly is a Colorado native and Army veteran with nearly 40 years of experience as a primary care physician. He obtained his medical degree from the Kansas City University college of osteopathic medicine and completed residency at Botsford General Hospital in Michigan.

He passed ABIM board exam in 2016 among the top 1% of applicants. Dr. Pech graduated from medical school at Charles University in the Czech Republic in 1999 with honors for excellent results. He worked briefly at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine, which is the largest transplant center in the central Europe, where he performed research on renal physiology and provided care for patients with kidney transplantation. In 2002, Dr. Pech moved to the United States. He performed research on renal physiology at Tulane and later at Emory University. He published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in top scientific journals. In 2013, Dr. Pech returned to clinical medicine. He completed Internal Medicineresidencyat Florida Hospital in Orlando. After graduation, he worked as a hospital physician at Florida Hospital, as well as provided primary care in a local charity clinic. Dr. Pech joined Rocky Mountain Family Medicine and Urgent Care in 2019. He desires to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to all patients regardless of their race, origin or socioeconomic situation.
Lisa has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and a Nurse Practitioner for over 13 years with emphasis in Family Practice and Womens Health, she completed her Masters of Science Degree from the University of Northern Colorado. In her free time Lisa enjoys attending Church and spending time with her large immediate and extended family and friends.
Jenny has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for over 10 years, graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She has expertise in adult Urology and Critical Care Inpatient Medicine. She brings with her an invaluable skill set and vast experience of a multitude of medical conditions. Her patients especially enjoy her sense of humor and attention to detail. On a personal note, Jenny enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her dogs, hiking, white water rafting, and snowmobiling. She is now accepting Family Medicine patients and is looking forward to being a part of your care.
Heidi Gillespie is a dedicated Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience in Emergency and Occupational medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics and Womens Health. She has a love of teaching and enjoys providing comprehensive primary healthcare and health education to children and adults. Heidi has spent an extensive amount of time administering complex heart and lung evaluations for business related physicals, as well as creating wellness plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. Heidi is passionate about human rights and the desire to provider quality healthcare in all areas of the world. This had led her to join the Peace Corps and work in the Fiji Islands for some time before returning to America to pursue Family & Internal Medicine.
Michael McCleery, PA has been involved with medicine for 40 years as a Paramedic and Physician Assistant. He was surgically trained as a PA and has been practicing Adult and Geriatric Medicine for the past 16 years. He is very well versed in managing general Adult/Geriatric healthcare and Dementia from clinic to hospital to rehab and back to clinic. His carephilosophyis that medicine is not a one size fits all but rather an individualized approach that incorporates lifestyle changes to enhance the best healthcare outcome. PA McCleery uses humor as a component to personalize his approach and truly enjoys jokes shared by his patients. He strives to give great patient care to each patient he visits with.
Jeromy Wilson graduated in 2007 with a masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.He grew up in Colorado in the Fraser Valley, and achieved his bachelors in kinesiology at The University of Colorado, Boulder.He continues to enjoy activities such as skiing, hockey, and spending time with his wife and teenage son and daughter water-skiing and wake surfing.Jeromy enjoys engaging his patients to take an active part in their health and promotes an active lifestyle for overall well-being.
I wasborn in Pueblo, Colorado andhave livedin Colorado for most of my life, with the exception of time I havetraveledto various parts of the globeseeking an understanding andappreciationof our World Community. I studied Business Administration at the University of Denver and then went onto study Biochemistry and Biology at the University of Colorado and graduated with a Bachelors of Science. I then continued my studies and obtained my Masters of Science in Biomechanics and Immunity and acquired my license as a Physician Assistant. I have over 20 years of experience in Internal, Geriatric, Urgent Care and Family Medicine. In addition I have an extensive background managing LGBTQ health, Hormone Therapy for men and the Transgendered Community. I approach healthcare as a partnership with my patients developing strategies based on personal unique dynamics to achieve positive and long lasting results. I believe that high quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone and I enjoy delivering a standard of care that creates trust, which for me is something I take with great responsibility. I enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado hiking and trail running are my two favorite pastimes. I also enjoy the arts visiting the many museums and theatres here in Denver and New York.
