Huntington smiles has been a great experience so far. I had a lot of difficulty finding a decent dentist in the SGV that accepted my insurance. Not only have they taken care of my teeth after not seeing a dentist for 10yrs, but they have also helped develop a plan of action moving forward to get things in tip top shape. Absolutely would recommend them.

This doctor office, never finished a complete job, 3 project, 2 simple, one he did bad important, after 1,1/2 I started having problems, I had to pay to visit him, he told me he is not going to do anything about it, bad business practice, we are going to meet again, in the court of Justice.

11/12/19 - Update to my original review. I would not recommend this dentist! I came in 2 years ago and had some cavities filled. Some of them ended up really sharp and I had 1 filling fall out soon after the procedure. I went back to the dentist and he was really sweet and helped me redo the filling... but again it fell out again! I got so frustrated I started asking friends for dentists they'd recommend around the area. Frustrating process, especially when it's the same filling that keeps falling out.. My friend recommended Parklane Dental and after visiting this new office, I've never had any issues with any of my filling. Also side note, since I was getting the filling redone at a new office, my insurance didn't cover the procedure. (It was a smart decision on my end not to go back to Huntington Smiles though) Would not recommend to any friend, especially after reading reviews of other people having similar issues. Original review (over 2 years ago) - Got some cavities filled today and the doctor and staff were awesome! Really friendly and they got them done fairly quickly. The place is also very clean and you can watch some movies on Netflix while they work.

Terrible dentist at this place. He created some sharp corners on my teeth during the filling, and most of the fillings came off already. Please avoid this horrible dentist.

Beware, I do not understand how this dentist has so many good reviews. If I could put no stars I would. A few years ago I went to Huntington Smiles and I don't know if it is because of my insurance but the Dr. was not very polite or nice. Then he did a few cavities and one fell out, I decided to go back, big mistake. A year later I went to a different dentist because I had pain, who told me that I had to go back to the dentist who did it in the first place because he did not do it right, he left decay and put the fill over it. Long story short I need a root canal thanks to this dentist at Huntington Smiles. So I would stay away unless you enjoy higher bills and paying out of pocket because they screwed up your teeth. I ended up having to pay over 2,000.00 for one tooth because of this place. Good luck!

Beware, I do not understand how this dentist has so many good reviews. If I could put no stars I would. I have been a patient at Huntington Smiles for a little over a year, and every time I come in there is always a welcoming vibe. Dr. Su & his team has been wonderful and consistent. I've always been afraid of going to dental offices but now I come biannually. I referred my dad to get his partial dentures and bridge and he has been absolutely grateful for Dr. Su's patience and care.

This was the best visit I have had with a dentist since my regular dentist retired. I was hoping this place would not be like the last dentist that I went to where they tried to upsell me with bunch of procedures that my old regular dentist never said I needed. It made me second guess the dentist like how I always do with a car mechanic. Luckily, Dr. Su did none of that. He came in, did an exam, and said everything was fine and all I needed was a regular cleaning. Hallelujah, no upselling. Dr. Su was very nice and courteous and so was the whole staff. Finally, I found my new regular dentist.

I'm so glad I chose Dr. Su for my root canal and a crown. The place is inviting, clean, and has all the modern amenities of a new dental office. Dr. Su is courteous and skillful. The root canal was not as scary as I thought. And best of all, he is budget friendly. After shopping around (yes, I do shop around for a dentist since I'm a cash patient and cost is very important to me), I was surprised that the cost of a same procedure can vary drastically from one dentist to another. So, if you want to see a wonderful dentist that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg, I highly recommend Dr. Su.

Clean. Friendly. Professional. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Huntington Smiles provided exemplary service. Like the average person, I never look forward to seeing the dentist, but Dr. Su and the staff made the experience more enjoyable than I could possibly imagine a visit to the dentist could be. Starting with entering the office, the staff was quick to offer a polite greeting and handle the necessary paperwork. There is a comfortable waiting area with a TV. Entering the exam room, there is also another TV to watch with Netflix available. Dr. Su clearly explained everything and was extremely gentle when performing the work. Unlike other places I've visited, they were not forceful in trying to sell me more dental work. I will definitely be returning to Huntington Smiles when I need a dentist.

I saw Dr. Su last week for a regular check-up and cleaning, based on recommendation from a relative. I was told the dentist recently started his own practice & is extra attentive towards his clients. So I thought it was worth a try. It's a short drive from home and the office manager was very helpful by squeezing me into a same-day appointment. As I had a last-minute appointment late in the day, I arrived after the dentist has already seen a bunch of patients. Despite his long day Dr. Su was meticulous with the cleaning. I realize that, for years now, my usual dentist has been taking shortcuts on the cleaning. Also, as I wasn't insured, I was concerned for the cost of the care. Thankfully, Dr. Su & his office manager assured me that the rates are very reasonable for the high quality of care received. Regardless of insurance, I would still come here knowing I would be well taken care of. Pros: Through attention & care by eager dentist building his own practice. Flexible scheduling by the staff. Convenient location & parking. Nice clean new facilities. Cons: The In-N-Out located directly across the practice. Walking out the clinic I was hit by the pungent urge to indulge myself, not good for my diet.

I had a great experience with teeth cleaning today at Huntington Smiles! The place is very modernized and both staffs and doctor are very friendly! Dr. Su showed me a colored picture of my cavity, something that other doctors had never done before! It's good because I could see the size of my cavity and how it is. I'll be coming back for a filling and I can't wait for it~

Great place! Everyone is very nice. No long waits, very clean and great service! Doctor and staff are really professionals. Highly recommend this place!!!
