Front desk people are very unfriendly and not very willing to help patients with question. The front staff both have attitudes when we had further questions. The doctors here are ok tho.

Waited an hour and 45 min in waiting room for a simple routine cleaning. Service was still incredibly slow once I finally got into the chair, communication was poor, and overall lacked organization. Had my incorrect name (not just spelling) in system,!the whole experience lacked professionalism.

I have had a good experience with the Hygienist I felt they were very thorough in explaining. I am giving them one star is because how rude and incompetent the front desk is. Multiple times were they have submitted in my insurance info incorrectly and have given me wrong information all for them to blame it on the insurance policy, another co-worker or computer issues. Today was the last straw were I called to reschedule my child's appointment the receptionist that answered the call could not find the appointment and started accusing me of making a past appointment and not showing up, her tone was angry and rude. The conversation turned into an argument with her being the aggressor, very unprofessional. Then later in the day I get a phone call from the same receptionist to confirm my child's appointment. Poor people skills, I can't blame her for being incompetent the people that hired her made the bad decision.

Generally pleasant, front desk and hygienist were lovely and fast. After my immediate x-rays and imagery, I did wait another ~25-30 minutes to see the dentist (not the first time this has happened). Upon sitting down the dentist, without even saying hi or introducing herself, told me I needed to 'straighten out my bottom teeth' and that 'it would only cost about $4,200' ... How about a 'hello, my name is ___' first? I found this unprofessional and very uncomfortable.

The Huntington location is ridiculous, they never answer the phone, you have to literally walk in to the office in order to speak to someone. I came into the office and told the receptionist that I had been calling all day and the receptionists just looked at me and asked me "how can I help you" she completely ignored and didn't acknowledge what I told her, she didn't even bother to apologize or explain to me why they didn't answer the phone!! I literally called more than 15 times. We are definitely not coming back to this office; we will start looking for another place that actually cares about their patients. This is not the worse part! The provider at this place has seen the patient more than 3 times and she insisted that he needed a root canal which was true BUT the patient told her it was the upper tooth and she kept insisting it was the bottom tooth, so the patient saw the other doctor who was going to do the procedure and this doctor told him that the provider he saw at this place was WRONG!!! Thank God this other doctor was smart enough to listen to the patient and realize that he was right and didn't have to perform a procedure on a tooth that wasn't necessary!!! Please be careful if you are a patient here or are trying to become a patient here; it's VERY upsetting how they don't care about their patients here.

Front counter staff is poor in customer service. They will tell you you have an appointment and when you show up, there is numerous people still waiting and will go before you. They do not care about your time. They only have a parking lot that will fit 3 cars. Will not use this place again

Had appointment for both my wife and I, we did not have to wait at all, were threated with courtesy and respect. Dr. Shaifali Rametra was great.She was very professional,polite and friendly. All the workers and Assistans we're great also.We were very pleased and glad that we chose to go at the Huntington Station Location. Thank you, Giovanni & Donna

The best dentist by far! Dr. Shaifali Rametra simply amazing. So good! I used to hate going to the dentist, but every procedure and cleaning I've had done here has been smooth and painless. They really put effort into making sure you're comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely my favorite dental experience. Highly recommend.

The dental cleaning I received at this office was much less thorough then the dentist I usually go to and took a total of 5 minutes, although the staff was very friendly and helpful. The office is also very run down and could use some sprucing up. I will not be returning here.

Plan on waiting an hour or more for your visit.. I've always had to wait that long for a cleaning, I don't know why but it's really not respectful of people's time.. I hope they change this in the future because I might just find a new dentist..

I've been going to this practice since September 2020. Dr. Rametra is fantastic...answers your questions thoroughly and, though it's a busy practice, she spends the time explaining things to you. She had got a great "chair-side" manner too that puts you at ease and her technique is very gentle.

Huntington Family Dentistry is the most caring office I've ever been to. The staff genuinely cares about you as if you were their own family. They will lobby for your well-being and have stayed late to make sure I left healthily. Joanna (at the front) is as helpful and knowledgeable as the dentists are qualified. I'll be driving forty minutes out of my way from Stony Brook to get my cleanings done here, simply because of their phenomenal service. Thank you, Huntington Family Dentistry!!
