Dr. Gin Goei has been a practicing dentist for nearly thirty-five years in the San Gabriel Valley. She grew up in Germany and the Netherlands, and graduated dental school from the renowned University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 1986.
Dr. Goei later moved to Los Angeles, California where she started practicing with Drs. Lionel and Linda Goei. She continued her education by obtaining an Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry Certificate at UCLA, and a fellowship in Neuromuscular Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. LVI is one of the most premier post graduate teaching centers for cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry in the world. She continued her studies in G-neuromuscular dentistry with Dr. Clayton Chan to greatly improve care to patients with TMJ/TMD symptoms. Dr. Goei combines her dental expertise with modern procedures and cutting-edge technology to treat TMJ and facial pain. She uses her education to design beautiful and healthy smiles for her patients.
Dr. Goei volunteers for yearly medical/dental mission trips with IMAHELPS (imahelps.org). IMAHelps organizes medical humanitarian missions that provide some of the worlds most under-served people with everything from general medical and dental care to life-changing surgeries, prosthetics and other specialized services. Her most recent mission trips were to Nicaragua and Paraguay. She currently serves as the dental director for IMA HELPS missions.
Dr. Sharon Gabriel was born, raised and educated in Southern California. Having practiced over fifteen years, she has received both her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery respectively at the University of Southern California. She continued on to do residency training at the University of California at San Francisco and received her advanced training in general dentistry certification while she continued on in private practice in the Bay Area. Dr. Gabriel dually holds her California and Hawaii Dental Licensure and practiced for several years on the Big Island of Hawaii. There she expanded her facets in multiple areas of dentistry where there was not access to as many specialties in dentistry readily available to the population. Here she was able to put much of her talents to work in restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
She returned to Southern California with the emphasis on maintaining high clinical aspirations and staying technologically astute in her field. Dr. Gabriel strives to embody the best advances in dentistry, as well as maintaining a comfortable, inviting setting for her patients. She brings her expertise in her years of experience both to the team as well as her patients. Her goal is to keep current in as many aspects of general dentistry as possible including endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and most recently neuromuscular dentistry.
After several years of practicing as a lead dentist in the Inland Empire at a busy group practice, Dr. Liz joined our Huntington Dental Excellence family in 2017. Dr. Liz grew up in Californias Central Valley where she spent her summers helping out on her grandparents farm and family fruit stand. She moved to Sacramento to attend the University of California, Davis where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience and then Western University of Health SciencesCollege of Dental Medicine for her dental degree.
Dr. Liz is an active member with the California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, and Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity. She enjoys working with the community as well as teaching and has volunteered with organizations such as the Riverside Free Clinic, CDA Cares, Give Kids a Smile, and Global Brigades to Honduras. She looks forward to participating in similar activities in the Pasadena area.
In her spare time she loves hiking and exploring, especially through our national and state parks. But when she is not outdoors, she enjoys binge watching Netflix, baking and cooking. and spending time with her fianc and orange tabby cat, Marzipan.
