First off, they have a sign in the waiting room stating that they give gift cards for 5 star Google reviews. So, please keep that in mind as you read all the glowing reviews. Do your homework before signing up for Invisalign here. In my opinion, they are not very well versed in Invisalign. I came in simply looking to fix some minor aesthetic issues with my front teeth. My bite was fine and I've never even had a cavity. I was told there were 2 options for treatment: "partial" and "full". The "partial" would be 6-9 months. The "full" would take 18-24 months. I asked if I could stop the "full" treatment at any time if I was happy with how my teeth looked, they said I could. I went in for attachments, believing there would only be a few based on my minor corrections. They put attachments on almost all of my teeth, some on the front and back. I was not able to bite down with the trays removed because the attachments were all hitting each other. After 3 days of excruciating pain taking the trays in and out, I had a consultation at a different Orthodontist that has Diamond certification from Invisalign. They were totally perplexed why I had attachments on the back of my teeth and said it wasn't necessary and even some of the front attachments didn't really need to be there. Essentially, they were not at all surprised I was having so much difficulty. He said there really is no such thing as a "partial" treatment once you start moving your teeth around. He said it is generally a 2 year process you have to see all the way through. Anyways, I stopped after 3 days before things started moving too much, but it already changed my bite slightly for the worse and I clank my teeth a little sometimes. I'm out around $600 and they just sent me a new bill, which I'm not going to pay. Also, there is one orthodontist working between 2 very busy locations, so do not expect close care from an actual orthodontist. Orthodontal treatment as an adult is no joke. Please do your homework and talk to a few different orthodontists before starting treatment.

Absolutely LOVE the staff at Humphrey Orthodontics! They try to get to know their customers on a personal level. I could not imagine getting braces anywhere else.

Everyone here is very pleasant and goes out of their way to make myself and my son feel comfortable with him getting braces. He is not scared or nervous to get them and that is because of everyone here. I definitely recommend Humphrey Orthodontics!
