Dr. Moody is a graduate of Edwardsville High School. She then received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Baylor University. In 2004, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree (D.M.D.) from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. She is an eight year veteran of both the Illinois and Alaska Army National Guards. In the past, she has worked with various mobile dental units to provide care to school aged children in underserved areas and continues to give dental health presentations in local schools. Dr. Moody also previously served as an adjunct clinical faculty member at Lewis and Clark Community College and worked with their mobile unit.

She resides in Edwardsville with her husband, Doug, their three daughters, and a Bernese Mountain Dog named Newman. As a mother of three, Dr. Moody stays busy with her girls many activities. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, traveling, reading, and biking on area trails.

Dr. Moody is passionate about providing quality dental care, educating patients on the importance of great oral health, and treating her patients as family. She purchased Humbert Road Dentistry with Dr. Hanahan in 2019, and they are so excited for the opportunity to practice hometown dentistry in the Riverbend Area.

She is an Alton native, graduating from Marquette Catholic High School and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. There she served as Secretary of the American Association of Women Dentists and was a member of Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude, Dr. Hanahan was elected as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upson Honorary Dental Society. She has received awards from the American College of Prosthodontics for her work and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Madison County Dental Society.

Dr. Hanahan is passionate about overall health and is constantly learning through Continuing Education. She takes the time to help her patients feel comfortable in the dental chair, and works together with them to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. She loves the variety her job brings, especially enjoying cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Hanahan lives in Godfrey with her husband, Scott Yanta, where they participate in many local organizations. She loves seeing Altons unique, locally owned businesses flourish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to visit family and friends and being outdoors with her chocolate lab, Lucy. She also loves cooking, staying active, and helping her husband rehab homes.

Gretchen has been a familiar face at Humbert Road Dentistry since 2004. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Lewis & Clark Community College in 2003, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Vice President of Student American Dental Hygienists Association. After graduating, she found her home here at Humbert Road Dentistry. In the many years she has been a part of the team, she has seen families grow and helped countless patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. She receives the most gratification when she feels she is helping patients achieve their wellness goals. I want my patients to have the best experience in our office. In her free time, Gretchen enjoys spending time with friends and family. She has participated in Give Kids a Smile, Beverly Farms Foundation, and Southern Illinois University Dental School Pediatric Clinic.

Laci is an Alton native, graduating from Alton High School in 2009. She went on to graduate from Missouri College with her Associate in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012. Since then, she has been working in the dental field and joined Humbert Road Dentistrys growing practice in 2018. Her patients are like her extended family and she loves helping them achieve excellent oral health. When she is not at work, she enjoys boating, swimming, fishing, hunting, and spending time with her family and dog, Hera. She married her husband, Derrick, in 2015 and they have two children together, Delanie and Dani.

Nicki joined Humbert Road Dentistry in March 2017, and has been involved in the field of dentistry for over 20 years. In 2004, she graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Lewis & Clark Community College. She enjoys working 1 on 1 with patients, getting to know them and helping them learn why oral health is so important, and how it is related to their overall health. She focuses on the Oral Systemic Connection, learning more and more every day to help her patients better understand the importance of a Healthy Smile. 'I think of myself as a healthcare provider, I love nothing more than when a patient leaves my room and says 'that was the best visit I 've ever had with a hygienist! '.'

Danielle began her dental assisting career in 2008 while in the Granite City High School Co-Op Program, and she continued her education at Southwestern Illinois College, graduating with an Associate Degree in Communications. Danielle has been a part of the Humbert Road Dentistry team since February 2015. She enjoys working together with the team, learning about new technology, and keeping up with the advances in dentistry. In her free time, Danielle enjoys trying new restaurants, and camping and boating at Lake Kinkaid with her husband and their two children, Elsie and Rhett, and of course their Aussie Arrow.

Kellie is one of our dental assistants at Humbert Road Dentistry. She has been in the dental field since 2014. Her experience in the dental field gives her the knowledge and capability to provide top-notch dental care to our patients. Her empathetic nature can make any patient feel comfortable and confident during their dental procedure. Away from work, you can find Kellie spending time with her two children, Grayson and Mia. She enjoys traveling, concerts, camping at Montauk, and trying new restaurants.

Keirstin has many years of experience as a dental assistant. She attended Midwest Technical Institutes Dental Assisting program in 2015. Our patients can always count on Keirstin to give them a pleasant experience and is well known for going above and beyond to educate our patients. She also ensures that our patients have the information they need to achieve their best oral health. On the weekends you can find Keirstin on a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks with her husband, Austin. You can almost always find her with an iced coffee in her hand and a smile on her face!

Kathy became part of the team in 2014 and has loved working as the Office Manager at Humbert Road Dentistry. Since starting this profession in the early 80s, Kathy has seen many changes in the dental profession, all of which make dentistry more comfortable for the patient. Kathy keeps abreast of changes throughout the industry by attending continuing education courses and reading current dental publications. Her goal is to find ways to create a calming atmosphere for patients to come and complete the care they want or need in a manner that fits into their budget and lifestyle. Kathy is passionate about life and enjoys helping people and learning new things. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, loves photography, and will take every free moment she has to spend time with her grown son.

Kate joined Humbert Road Dentistry in 2014 after graduating from the Dental Assisting Program at Lewis and Clark Community College. Kate is proud to work with such an empowering team of women. When Kate is not working, she loves reading, traveling, spending time with her family and dog, Evie. She likes going to concerts, and Cardinal baseball games with her husband, as well as watching their daughter play sports. Kate and her family are active members of St. Marys Church here in Alton. She enjoys spending some of her free time helping fundraising activities for non-profits such as the American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association, and volunteering with friends.
