Carly is the office manager and the insurance coordinator; She is in charge of managing patient accounts, processing claims to insurance carriers, and collections. She has been working closely with Dr. Mirza for over 4 years. Carly started out as a dental assistant in 2012 and understands the inner workings of dentistry. She moved her way up for her strong personality to manage insurance and patient treatments. Carly loves helping patients in any way she can.
Osmara is a Registered Dental Hygienist for over seven years who graduated from Rutgers University. She is a dedicated clinician and always gives 100% to our patients. Osmara strives to provide a comfortable experience and enjoys working with patients and educating them about good oral health no matter what age. Outside of work, she enjoys being active with her young puppy, lifting weights, and taking spontaneous trips with her friends.
Dr. Huma Mirza graduated from United Medical and Dental School of Guys, Kings and St Thomas in London in 2002, one of the most prestigious dental schools in the UK. She graduated top of her class and won prizes in orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, dental public health, microbiology, immunology, pathology, conservative dentistry. Dr. Mirza was also entered to win the Gold Medal prize for best dental student in London, in which she achieved the runner up position. She also achieved distinctions in most of her subjects. Upon graduating, she married and moved to the US where she attended NYU College of Dentistry, graduating in 2006 with the highest GPA in her class. She was on the Deans list for all 3 years at NYU and won the Ethics prize and a certificate of achievement in recognition of outstanding achievements. She took part in the honors program in Oral Surgery and was inducted into the omega chapter of OKU, an elite dental society joined by invitation only.
Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Mirza has worked as an associate in a variety of different dental practices. She decided to open her own practice, Smile! Dental Boutique in the summer of 2012. She continues to take extensive education courses to improve her skill range, enabling her to to provide a vast range of treatments for her patients, and helping her keep abreast of new technologies available.
In her spare time, Dr. Mirza enjoys staying active, she enjoys kickboxing and competing in obstacle races such as Spartan. Dr. Mirza and her husband live locally in Watchung with their three daughters and can often be seen in the local parks or community events.
Dr. Ike earned her Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences at the Rutgers School of Graduate Studies then continued on to obtain a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She was granted membership into the prestigious Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society and also earned the RSDM Minority Scholarship amongst other achievements. Following Dr. Ikes graduation from her dental program, she completed a residency at Ellis Hospital in Upstate NY and joined the private practice shortly after.
Dr.Ikeis deeply loved by her peers and patients for her warm attitude, bubbly smile, and gentle nature. Her love for education drives her compassion in exploring new technologies and breakthroughs in dental medicine to ultimately provide the best care and services to her patients. She is the most amazing dentist I have ever seen.I had anxiety to go to dentist but last week I had my calmest and the best experience I have ever had.Definitely I recommend her .She and her staff are amazing,kind and so nice to the patient.

After four years of visiting various dentists to fix an issue, Dr. Huma found my solution in one day. I am beyond grateful for the work she did. She took my pain away and made my smile beautiful. Walking into her practice is always pleasant and welcoming. Very clean, and super friendly staff. I look forward to keeping her as my dentist going forward.

I have had a phobia of Dentists from a very young age, so every time I had to go I would have panic and anxiety attacks. I was referred to Dr. Mirza by my children's dental practice and it was the best referral I have ever had. I was upfront about my phobia and Dr. Mirza and her wonderful staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. All were patient and easy to engage in conversation. The office is clean, organized and pleasing to the eye. The staff is warm, welcoming and focused on the patient. I would give the Dr. and her staff a 10 if it were possible.

Great dentist. Office is immaculate. Staff is courteous. I've never had to wait long before being seen. Dr. Mirza is amazing- very professional, gives you honest feedback on what your best options are, and has a great sense of humor; just an all 'round good person, very personable, someone you feel safe with. Always have a good experience here. I've found my spot, and I think you will as well.
