I am one of those people that really does not like going to the dentist. I have had Cindy clean my teeth twice now and I am pleasantly surprised how gentle yet through she was.

Went in because I had a tooth break. He wouldn't fix it and billed me $100+ . WHAT A WASTE!!! Now I have to find another dentist to fix it. I can not say enough bad things

Spoke with Cindy on the phone, the night before my wife's appointment. She notified us that our entire amount from her previous surgery was due before any more services could be rendered. We were never informed of this, I replied, asking for some document which stated that the dental office required payment in full before making new appointments. She declined, stating that no such document existed and that "we (they) are a family business so we can do whatever we want". Oh, like lying to your patients? We won't be doing business with these kniving bafoons again. This is downright fraud.

Don't waste your time here. My son was just in a couple months ago for his check-up and they missed a cavity so bad that his tooth broke. Not impressed in the slightest.

For nearly 20 years our family enjoyed the staff, Mike, and quality of dental care at Hughes Dental. Over the last few years however, the speed of staff turnover, and the assembly line mentality iof the back offices, have degraded (in our opinion) the quality of care and patient realtionships. My suspicions about quality have been confirmed by another dentist (visited when wintering out of town), who was appalled at the technical mistakes made on my implant crowns - which has led to infections and bone loss. This will require several thousand$ of remedial care by a periodontist and dentist. This recent dentist further opined that these techniques were well out of date and should never have been used. Further, every single root canal Mike performed over the years (nine) on our family has become infected, had to be removed, and replaced with implants. As far as patient relations, we recently received a voice mail from Hughes Dentistry, threatening to turn our $20 bill over to a collection agency - and damaging our credit. Over the years, we have paid Hughes tens of thousand$ for services rendered - never leaving a dime unpaid. I've no idea what they are thinking but, in years past, their wonderful staff would have never considered such a thing. It is with heavy heart we are leaving Hughes Dental.

I went to Dr. Hughes for years growing up as a child. After finding a real dentist, I realized the difference. Dr. Hughes is a hack, I've spent thousands correcting the damage he did to my mouth. He damaged nerves in 3 teeth, left metal sticking into my gums resulting in infection, the list goes on. I had MANY teeth pulled as a child, and I did not realize that that wasn't normal. Not only that, but the PAIN I experienced during my childhood was unbelievable. I did not realize that most people had relatively pain free experiences at the dentist. Stay far away and save your money.

My family and I had been patients at this practice for many years while in Wisconsin. As a health professional, I appreciate the quality of care provided by Dr. Hughes and his staff. They were always professional and made us comfortable. The local dental provider I see now is impressed with the quality of the dental work I received here and how it has held up over time. I would recommend this practice to anyone. You will not find a better one!!

Being 42 years old and having had braces for 3 years as a teenager I have spent lots of time in a dentist chair. Dr. Hughes and his staff are fantastic. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They don't try to up-sell you or have you do things that are not necessary, but give good advice on what to be doing. I would recommend this office to anyone wanting a dentist who does great work. I have had two crowns done in the last two years and both have gone very well.

Dr.Hughes and staff are wonderful they have a great environment and they have always been able to work my family in as soon as possible. I am also very impressed with how well Dr.Hughes is with children even my very young 2 year old.

Dr.Hughes and staff are wonderful they have a great environment and they have always been able to work my family in as soon as possible. I am also very impressed with how well Dr.Hughes is with children even my very young 2 year old.

Doctor Hughes and his ENTIRE staff are great! Modern technology along with great work and amazing people! My highest recomendation to anyone who needs dental work! Thank you Hughes Family Dental!
