Worst dentist practice I have been to. I lived in South Lake, Trophy Club, Willow Bend at Plano, and Preston Hollow at Dallas and have seen my fair share of top tier dentists and specialists. This is the first time that I was told that a dentist won't provide normal cleaning service, but only deep cleaning with extra fees. And if I don't do the deep cleaning, I should leave. It is worthwhile to point out that this is after I told them that I agree to do that starting next year. Besides, all this happened after I waited like 45 mins at their location AFTER my appointment time. Of course, my family won't go there anymore. And I will make sure all my neighbors at the Commons know as well.

I have been planning on changing dentists for a year now but never got around to it. I started having tooth pain on Friday and Huffman Smiles was able to get me in as soon as today (Monday). I was scared, as I have been seeing the same dentist/practice for 10 years. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The entire time I was there I felt as though my comfort and care was their top priority. Dr. Rossi was determined to get me out of pain and did a root canal, even though it meant they didn't get out at 5:00. Not only did he save my original crown, he saved me from having to take off more time at work and I saved HUNDREDS of dollars. My previous dentist would've charged me an easy thousand and I would've had multiple visits. I just can't say enough about this office. I wish I would've switched a long time ago!

Update: My husband was treated very poorly by this practice. We won't be going here again. Very nice people, everyone from front desk to dentist were very pleasant and helpful. The dentist himself was great not only to me, but his assistants too. Always nice to see people treating their young training employees with kindness and patience. Dentist had to do my cleaning due to timing and he was not bothered one bit by it and did a great job. I have ptsd with filling from a different place, but he did it so fast and I had no issues with it! So happy to have a great dental practice close by! Thank you!

I took my three boys as new patients to this office as we recently moved from Kingwood and wanted a dentist close by. I'm very glad we tried them out. Dr Rossi and his staff all went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The young assistants were so polite and professional and made my children laugh and feel at ease. The dental hygienist (I believe was Mrs May) was a hoot. She got right down to business and was very skilled but was also very friendly and had us all laughing. Dr Rossi has a great bedside manner. He was gentle with the kids and interacted with them directly, not just with me. I was very confident in his examination and trust his treatment plans. Over all it was a very clean modern office with great staff. We will continue to use them as our primary Dental office.

I have no bad things to say about this dentist office. I'm very picky when it comes to dentist because I haaaate mouth pain, but they did a very good job and everyone seems happy and upbeat. Pretty laid back, and they actually listen to what you tell them!!! Very cool, definitely returning.

It has been mess from the get go, My husband has been in this office 7 times, He first went in for a cleaning, which let to needing a crown, he got a temp crown over a year ago. Every time he would go back there was a different dentist, and they would break his permanent crown, He went in 5 more times for his permanent crown that was broken each time. It has been a back n forth game every time. He would get a infection every other month because the temp crown was on for too long. The last and final straw was when he went in and they disposed of his crown. We ended up having to go to another dentist and having to pay for another crown. Will never go here again!

Dr. Rossi and his staff were inviting and very friendly. The reception was nice enough to watch my children while I was having my teeth cleaning. Also known as the child whisper for being able to keep my non verbal autistic son calm while I was having my exam.

great office and staff. definitely helped calm my anxiety's about getting treatment done. the doctor was very informative and thorough about the treatment i needed. you can definitely tell he cares about his patients. would recommend to anyone.

The staff is very caring. Dr. Rossi took alot of time out with my son helping him understand his treatment. My son Charlies is very impress with everyone in the office. Thanks for getting me out of pain.

Excellent, clean place!! The staff and doctors there are very nice and helpful. They were very attentive and patient with my teens, by far the best dental office I've been to.. definitely recommend!!!
