The absolutely most professional and best quality dental experience I have ever had in my whole 47 years. Bailey was hands down the best, most thorough cleaning I've had. Ask for her!!! Dr Bernal runs a professional dental office! We travel from Port O'Connor Texas for our dental care. The 3hour drive...Worth it!

Staff is real friendly and place is clean. My only downside is make sure you ask for pricing prior to scheduling. After a root canal I had a deep cleaning scheduled. I was not prepared for a $600 cleaning and ended up having to cancel and pay $50 for being broke. Partially my fault for not asking but imo if a procedure is $600 might want to tell them upfront and not day of then a $50 appt cancellation fee.

They did excellent work, but they quoted me a price that was $910 less than their final charge. They expected me to pay the difference, because they lost track of what they'd already charged my insurance. They knew I was on a limited budget and was borrowing the money to get this procedure done. It wasn't absolutely necessary, but rather than telling me about the cost mix-up so I could wait to have the procedure, they waited until the procedure was completed to tell me that they wanted an additional $910. Then they waited over a year to send me the bill. I'm guessing they were hoping I'd forget that I'd already paid them everything I had agreed to pay.

The staff is great, is the dentist . Forgot her name but she looks young and probably the reason why she didn't know how to properly take care of an abscess. Pretty sure it was triggered by cleaning up a cavity because after that happened the abscess appeared . They had to remove aa tooth. Now she had it again I had to switch dentist because I was afraid it happened again. They had to remove her another one which I was really mad all because of the abscess. They gave her antibiotics and they will be placing a spacer in, something I wasn't given at this office . I also was asked what dentist I had gone to when I switched I'm pretty sure they were confused .

They are rude, won't listen to parents, push for children to be knocked completely out, or basically in a straight jacket, they are not patient with the kids and the work doesn't last. Crowns came off within a few months. Horrible place.

My first time here and I absolutely loved it! The staff treated me with complete respect and beyond kindness! I was well taken care of with my questions and concerns answered thoroughly! Definitely sticking with this dentist office! I would 10/10 recommended!!
