Dr. Tran was Valedictorian at Skyline High School, and he received his Bachelors in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He earned his fellow status with International Congress of Oral Implantologists while getting his doctorate degree. He is fellow-eligible for the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Tran is trained in virtually all aspects of dentistry. However, he has a special focus on implant dentistry, cosmetics, oral surgery, and endodontics.

In 2015, he and his wife travelled with Medical Aid for Vietnam to provide free dental care for rural patients of Hue Province, Vietnam.

In his spare time, Dr. Tran enjoys tennis and outdoor activities, such as bicycling, canoeing, and picnicking at local parks. He is also an avid film buff and loves going out to see the latest movies.

Linh is the office manager and financial coordinator at Hue Dental. She grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas and have been living in the Dallas Metroplex since 2006. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Linh is a kind and compassionate person, who is always willing to help others. She enjoys being a part of the Hue Dental team because of the friendly and professional atmosphere and staff members. Linh has been married for 11 years and is a mother to three wonderful daughters, who are 10, 8, and 6 years old. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking.

Uyen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2001 at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. She moved to Dallas in 2007 andhave worked in private practice since then. She has been working with Minh since 2013 and was recruited to join the Hue Dental team in 2017. With nearly 20 years of experience, Uyen truly loves her career and is always finding new ways to motivate patients and educating patients about oral health. She works with the same enthusiasm as a new graduate. Uyen is married, has 2 teenage daughters, and 3 dogs. Her family resides in a small beautiful townRowlett. Her favorite hobbies are spending time with family, play with her dogs, reading, and traveling.

Susy is a dental assistant, bilingual in both Spanish and English, and had obtained her license as a Registered Dental Assistant at PCI Health Training Center. She is a friendly, compassionate, and caring person. Susy ensures that our patients here at Hue Dental are comfortable in the dental chair and does a great job preparing patients and work area for treatments. She will gladly help you with any questions and can help you understand procedures to better choose the right treatment for yourself. Susy states: I cannot imagine working with a better group of people; everyone is so nice and patient, which allow patients to feel like this is their home! Dr. Tran is an amazing dentist to work with and really cares about his patients and so does the rest of the team. She loves helping our patients feel better about dental care to help them achieve healthy smiles. Susy has two young sons that are her everything and enjoys showing them how important it is to keep their teeth healthy. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, go camping, and just doing anything outdoors, especially during the summer time.

Jenny has been working at Hue Dental as a receptionist since our Hue Dental opened. She has been in the dental field for approximately five years. She was a hard-working full-time student, who graduated May 2018, at the University of Texas Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Her hobbies include adventurous activities, reading books, attempting to cook, and running. Her goals are to become a dentist and travel the world before the age of 35. She hopes when she becomes a dentist, she can help make a difference in peoples smile.

Michael is a registered dental assistant, who has been working with Dr. Tran since 2013. He currently has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. His plans are to go back to school to pursue a masters degree and eventually a doctorate in dental surgery. In his spare time, he likes to bake, play video games, and play piano. His lifelong dreams are to start a family and be able to volunteer his time as a dentist helping the community.

After graduating from Plano East Senior High School, Melisa knew she wanted to work in the dental field. Becoming a dental assistant gives her a great opportunity to gain more knowledge and practice as she works towards her dream of becoming a Dental Hygienist. Melisa graduated from Dallas Dental Assistant School at Plano West in June 2016. She currently attends Collin College to continue her education and finishing her prerequisites to get into the Dental Hygiene program at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. As a dental assistant, she enjoys helping patients feel better about their dental care and making them feel comfortable at the office by easing their anxieties and building trust. She is very happy working with the Hue Dental team and considers this place as a second family. Melisa loves that there would always be new knowledge, techniques, and technology in the dental field, stating that its a career where you can learn something new every day! Outside of work she enjoys going to the movies, making new projects, taking care of her bunnies, and hanging out with her family.

Proficient in dentures and partials, Kim has over thirty years of experience with a goal of helping people restore and create smiles. She aims not only to better your smile, but also aims to help you feel comfortable while in the office. She has been working with Dr. Tran for about 6 years and is the key assistant in helping Dr. Tran with removable prosthesis. Being a mother of two boys, one a college student and the other a senior in high school, and working full-time, she is always busy, but is very time efficient as she still cooks dinner for her family after work every day. Whenever she can find time, she enjoys indulging in her favorite hobbies of gardening, taking care of her many orchids, and watching Asian dramas. The orchids and plants at Hue Dental is nursed by no other than Kim!

Minh has been in the dental field for 12 years now. She attended hygiene school and received her third Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston after receiving 2 other bachelors degrees in Biology and Dental Sciences and Laboratories. Minh and Dr. Tran met while the two of were still in school and got married in 2013. Hue Dental is our home and I love working here! We have a terrific team and we aim on providing the best care and environment to all of our patients. She and Dr. Tran have a beautiful 18 months old daughter, TamNhu, who is their love and joy! They love spending time with her at the playgrounds, eating frozen yogurt at Yourtland, going swimming, and taking her on evening strolls around the neighborhood. Even with their busy schedule, they still find time to go on dates, so youll most likely find them at the movies theater, enjoying lunch dates at Asian restaurants, or playing poker with their friends.

TamNhu is currently 18 months old and goes to work at Hue Dental about 3 days a week. She is the boss of the office, therefore, she struts into work at any time she pleases and often take naps while on the clock. TamNhu likes to walk around the office to make sure that everyone is working and makes random gibberish conversations with patients. Her favorite food is rice porridge and she enjoy watching other kids YouTube channels. Her favorite songs include, but are not limited to, Baby Shark, the Wheel on the Bus, Five Little Monkeys, and Finger Family. Being the Boss Baby that she is, you can often hear her yelling at the staff(s), if the YouTube show is not to her liking. At the end of the day, she likes to be pushed around the neighborhood in her pink convertible car wagon, followed by a nice long warm bath, and story time before going to bed.
